Trimming/Cuting of bushes and grass of Substations/MES Installations and surrounding of Panel board feeder piller boxes at various location and dumping/staging 50 mtr from existing point all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade laid in trenches/floor or fixed on wall/pole including brass compression cable gland, terminal lug etc complete all as specified of 70 SQMM 3.5 Core.

Desludging sewage sump well at certain places of 10 mtr internal dia and depth exc 5 mtr but not exc 10 mtr, by mechanical method only. Disposal of sludge or foreign material etc. And sludge or foreign material through out from Dronachal station by own tansport to distance of not exceeding 15 KM from the sewage pump house incl necessary loading and unloding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.Note:- The contractor is responsible for all safety of men employed by him durying work at site.

S&F canwas pipe 80 mm dia all as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fixing of fire hose cabinet door (including door frame ) of size 800x600x250 fabricated from 16 gauge MS sheet of fully welded construction with hinged double front door with locking arrangements and partially glazed with 4mm thick glass, painted with stove enamelled single red finish outside & white inside with fire hose written on front suitable to house 2x15 M flexible hose pipe with couplings, 2 Nos. landing valve, 2 Nos. branch pipe, one fireman’s axe and first aid hose reel (for internal hydrants). The width and height to depend upon the actual size of the fire shaft available. Contractor to make shop drawings and get it approved by Engineer-in-Charge before fabrication. These shall be mounted on wet riser & fixed to wall & supported on suitable steel brackets all as directed by the GE/Engineer-in-Charge

Supply and fixing CI non raising type sluice valve with drilled flanged ends, stainless steel spindle with gun metal working parts with hand wheel, pressure type PN 1.6, including disconnection and removing the unsv sluice valves from the existing pipe line/ valve chamber for the size of 150 mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of non clog sewage submersible pump motors by removing old unserviceable copper winding clearing of slots and rewinding of motor with same gauge and No of turn of copper coil as per existing/ obtained from old winding and assembling including replacement of bearing, minor parts likes nut/bolt/washer/gasket/bushes bearing , mechanical/oil seal , necessary welding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Servicing and repair for pressure motor including replacement of burnt motor winding, fitting ,all accessories complete all as directed by Engr in charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 for Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass-concrete as directed by Engr in charge.

Material and labour for valve chamber 1200 x 1200 x 1500 mm (internal ) with brick masonary valve chamber, PCC foundation, plastering and necessary excavation and earth work in hard/ dense soil, MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thickness along with angle iron frame of size 40 x 40 x 6mm with locking arrangement with necessary fixing materials like hinges, nut/bolts etc (valve chamber cover shall be opened in two halves) and painting to MS cover with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint etc all as specified.

M&L for servicing of Fire pump diesel engine driven horizontal end suction, centrifugal type confirming to IS- 12469 1988 with CI casing ,rated capacity for 440 V , 3 phase, 50 Hz AC supply 90 m Head. 2280 LPM discharge by dismantling,removing connection, taking out from foundation, greasing of bearing, cleaing of slot by opening cover, replacement of all minor parts required to be replaced, making alignment of motor and pump assy, and after servicing carryout Re-installation at its original position by their own arrangement including making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of Fire pump electrically driven horizontal end Suction, centrifugal type confirming to IS- 12469 :1988 with CI Casing , rated capacity for 440 V , 3 Phase. 50 Hz 70m Head, 1620 LPM discharge by dismantling,removing elect connection, taking out from foundation, greasing of bearing, cleaing of slot by opening cover, replacement of all minor parts required to be replaced, making alignment of motor and pump assy, and after servicing carryout Re-installation at its original position by their own arrangement including making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for servicing of Jockey pump horizontal end suction centrifugal type Confirming to IS- 12469: 1988 with CI casing , bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft mounted on heavy duty bearings suitable for automatic operation with nonover loading power characteristics for frequent start / stop operations for 440 V , 3 phase, 50 Hz 90 m head 180 LPM discharge by dismantling,removing elect connection, taking out from foundation, greasing of bearing, cleaing of slot by opening cover, replacement of all minor parts required to be replaced, making alignment of motor and pump assy, and after servicing carryout Re-installation at its original position by their own arrangement including making connection and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Note for item No 22 to 24:- (i) Payment of defective parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) The cost for replacement of bearing , gaskets, nuts, bolts, star coupling with testing complete directed by Engr-in-charge shall deem to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor against this item

Supply and lay in repairs pipe cast iron both ends flanged and drilled class 'B' of size 150 mm dia including taking down old existing pipe

Taking down the existing unsv Fire alarm control panel and supply and fix in replacement of motherboard CF 3000 as per existing requirement Make Cooper Model No ZPCB2153. complete all as specified and directed by Engr In charge

Taking down the existing unsv loop card and S&F in replacement of Loop card CF 3000 complete Make Cooper .and testing commissioning complete all as specified and directd by the EIC.

Disconnecting the existing conventional zone module smoke detectors by movable ladder, dismantling the cap & sensor board, cleaning the electronic parts using CRC solution and check control wiring circuit of PCB, Zone module out put voltage & EOL resisatnce value, device performance of fire activation mode, fire red light indication while fire activation and again re addressing & re installation work complete all as specified and directed by the EIC

Disconnecting the existing heat detector by disconnecting the device by movable ladder , dismantling cap & sensor board, cleaning the parts using CRC solution and control wiring circuit of PCB board control circuit, Multi detector by using smoke,Multi detector by using external hot air, device communication level to the panel, device fire red light indication while fire activate and again re addressing & re installation work complete all as specified and directed

Taking the Existing Unsv power supply and S&F in replacement of power supply CF 1200 VDS as required for functioning of fire alarm Make Cooper Model No ZPCB2209CPD.

Taking the Existing Unsv motherboard and S&F in replacement of motherboard CF 1200 VDS LED as required for the functioning of the system Make Cooper Model No ZPC8225802.

Dismantling the existing Loop sounder by disconnecting and device by movable ladder , dismantling cap & sensor board, cleaning the parts using CRC solution and check the control wiring circuit the PCB board , communication panel, device controlled by a programe, device sound & fire red flash light indication while fire activate and re addressing & re installation work complete all as specified and directed

Disconnecting the existing Manual call point , dismantling outer cap & sensor board, cleaning the parts using CRC solution and check thecontrol the PCB board control circuit, communication voltage & break glass position, device using manual activate, device communication level panel, device fire red light indication while fire activate and re addressing & re installation work complete all as specified and directed.

Labour charges for programming the Main fire alarm panel, detecting the device activating the sounder according to the device, checking the communication between the all the device, fire alarm and main panel using ladder, making main fire alarm to normal display with out any fault.
