Labour only for attending day to day complaints of external water supply and for checking/repair / replacement of existing water supply items for continous fresh/ hot water supply or detection of nature of defect including carring out minor repairs, as required to make the items functional, finding of defects, taking down/up of Gl Pipe and fittings such as valves, unions, sockets, elbows and tees of different sizes etc and refixing/replacement of items mentioned, tightning the loose joints complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer-in -Charge for 21 Wing area round the clock as and when required. NOTE: (a) Items replaced shall be measured seprately. (b) All the necessary T&P required for repair shall be provided by the contractor. (c) Necessary transportation to the employees shall be provided by the contractor. (d) Contractor shall provide at least one FGM/ Pipe fitter with one helper to attend the complaint on each day and report to concerned JE daily. JE will record attendence in register daily basis in working days. Penality for absent of labour shall be imposed on contractor @Rs. 750 per day.

Excavation, in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying GI pipe line in hard / dense soil and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick, etc complete all as specified.

Removal of surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Taking up or down steel tubing with connection from trenches, ceilings, floors walls etc including cleaning for refixing or removing from site complete with all fittings ( such as bends elbows, Tee, short pieces, connectors back nuts, diminishing pieces, caps and plug, unions etc) all as specified of following sizes: (a) 15mm dia

Taking out the existing GI pipe of any size by excavation/removal of insulation any type and burning the pipe with the help of blow lamp to clear the blockage occurred due to ice formation inside the pipe and refixing the same including making good/refixing removed insulation of pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note- The rate quoted should include the cost of T&p alongwith fuel, excavation and stores required.

Labour for Cleaning drain pits by removing the waste materials (soil) to a distance exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point, making all good of drains for easy draining the pits in winter complete all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge.

Repair to Dozing system for disinfection of water supply treatment by replacement of injector,injector nozzle ,dose controller and reolacement of overflow pipe, delivery pipe and inlet pipe and testing the same after carrying out the repair work complete all as specified and directed by Eng in charge

Supply only testing kit for testing of residual chlorine in the water and regeant complete all as specified.

Supply adn laying Kaiflex insulation including with all fittings of size 19/20 mm inner dia and 19 mm thick for GI/MS pipe of size 15/20/25 mm including jointing, fixing material such as solvant, adhesive , tape insulation self adhesive and poly shield coating including polyglass tape and resin+ hardener two coats as per manufacturer complete all a specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : Rates for dismantling of existing pipe on position for insertion of inslulation and refixng the pipe after providing insulation including fittings where required deemed to be included in the quoted rate by contractor.

M&L for printing of line diagrams on flex fixed in metal frame of size 1.5m x 1m all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: The line diagram to be printed on the flex shall be obtained from Engr-in-charge.

Supply only first aid medical kit containing adhessive bandages, crepe bandages, tapes, antibiotic treatment application, pain relief gel, antiseptic appliation, burn dressing gel soaked, burn treatment cream, gloves, scissors, Paracip tablets- 10 Nos and soaking cotton etc complete all as specified.

Repair to steel over head tank of capacity 25000 Itrs with provision of MS sheet 5 mm thick bend to shape, cutting welding etc as required at site. The dismentalling of existing sheet including dismentalling of nuts, bolts washers etc and weldig/provisioning of new MS sheet to make the water tank leak proof. Note : No payment for this item shall be made if the leakage of tank noted.

S&F of Notice board of size 6 X 4 feet made of soft board wood and 12mm thick, cotton cloth over the wood duly fixed on the wall with necessary arrangement complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge. The display board shall be provided with side frame of aluminium provided all around the board. A set of thumb pin is also to be provided along with each board.
