M&L in replacement of GI colmn pipes of 6 Mtrs length medium grade of 50 mm dia with welded flages at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement of GI colmn pipes of 6 Mtrs length medium grade of 80 mm dia with welded flages at both ends, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for taking down carefully electric motor 3 phase 415 V, 50 HZ, AC from foundation/ coupling, removal of electric connection, opening the motor, cutting and removing the burnt windings, cleaning the stator and rotor with cleaning agent, rewinding the motor with appropriate gauge of super enamelled copper wire of approved make, insulating the winding with same class of insulation, incl replacment of taper roller bearing, ball roller bearing etc if required, supply and replacement of base foundation nuts and bolts and re-installing the motor and connecting to the pump, testing the motor for satisfactory performance, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The rates are included the minor/ major parts which are required to make a motor fuctional complete. (a) 50 HP Capacity

Repair, replacment , servicing and testing of Chemical dosing set all type and capacity, incl serving of motor, Pump of any type and capacity with suction & discharge tubing, valve of any type and size etc, including the replacement of broken storage tank 100 Ltr capacity, replacement of single phase induction motor, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, connection and testing of thermal heater wires on water supply pipe lines (GI/MS/PPR) for heating of water through minimum 25 Watt per meter in spiral/ straight line shape above outer diameter of pipe with aluminium tape insulation to preserve heat, fiber glass layer, second layer of aluminium tap to hold fiber glass by glass wool minimum 40mm thick with essential tapes complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for construction of stone masonary valve pit size 90x90x120 cm (internal dimension) built in cement mortal 1:4 incl plastering 20mm thick internally and externally in CM 1:4 PCC 1:4:8 TYPE D-2 15 Cm thick in foundation extending 10cm beyound external faces of wall around PCC flooring 1:2:4 type B-1, 40mm thick cover made out of 3.15mm thick MS round bar and locking arrangement with lock 2 keys . MS sheet cover should be painted with two coats of enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement Altoch dosing system non-metallic solution tank of 100 litres capacity with motor driven agitator to maintain uniform suspension throughout the tank. Electrically operated Chlorine dosing tank consisting of: Dosing tank of 100 litres of PE/FRP MOC with PE/FRP, Lid having provision for mounting dosing pump on Lid & Level Gauge along with Single Phase Electric Motor and Agitator with shaft & blade in Plastic - mounted on Tank. Lid must have port hole for pouring Calcium Hypochlorite and water when necessary.
