Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m (One point five meter) in width or 10 sqm (Ten square meter) on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m,(One point five meter) including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, upto dumping site, which provided by contractor himself including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge:- Ordinary rock:- Any Loss is of Govt. and private property during the execution of work shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement isto four sand isto Eight graded hard stone aggregate 40 (forty) millimetres nominal size) mechanically mixed, vibrated curing complete, excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth,as per H.P.PWD. Specification,including carriage of all labour,equipments and materials to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges. including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for :- (i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete is all leads and lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:- (ii) Column, pillars posts, cement concrete struts square rectangular or polygonal in plain, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:- (iii) Beams, cantilevers, girders and lintels. Sides and soffits of beams, beam hunching cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in all depths and in all heights from floor, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of work shall be absolute responsibility of the contractor the Engineer in charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in super structure above plinth and upto floor V level is all shape and size in:- Cement Mortor 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Sand ) in all leads lift i/c carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

12 mm ( Twelve milimeter) millimetres thick cement plaster in single coat on the fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arises. Internal rounded angles, chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80(Eighty) millimetres in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 (One isto six ) (One cement isto Six sand), as per HP.PWD. Specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

15mm millimetres thick cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior plastering up to all heights including arises. 25 mm ( Twenty five milimeter) thick kota stone slab flooring 20mm ( Twenty milimeter) ( Average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (One isto four) laid over and jointing with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete. as per HP.PWD specification 1990 volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges, including all incidental charges, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Kota stone slab flooring 25 mm ( Twenty five milimeter) thick in rises of steps, skirting,or dado and pillers laid on 12 mm ( Twelve milimeter) (average) thick cement mortar 1:3 ( One cement isto Three sand) laid over and jointing with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slabs including rubbing and polishing complete. as per HP.PWD. Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shadeNew work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primerincluding carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade :New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm (Ten Square meter) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (Ten square meter) including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing wood/work in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought,framed and fixed in position:-sal wood, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required pattern in frames of windows etc. with M.S. flats, square or round bars etc. including priming coat with approved steel primer all complete.Fixed to openings /wooden frames with rawl plugs screws etc, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood basedl surfacees after and including prepairing the surface by brushing to remove all dirt dust and other foregion matter. With ready mixed priming paint pink. as per HP.PWD specification, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (Ten square meter) of approved brand and manufacture.including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges., including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/ 10 sqm ( Ten square meter) over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/ 10 sqm (Ten square meter) of approved brand and manufactureincluding carriage of all labour equipment and material to various locations through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts, including all incidental charges, including all leads, lifts and carriage of materials, complete in all respect of as per entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge.
