Supply, laying, jointing and commissioning LT XLPE 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated, stranded aluminium conductor served with inner sheathing of PVC tape, armoured with GI steel or tape and over all PVC sheathing laid in trenches, floor through pipes, induct, on pole and roads etc of following sizes :-

35 Sqmm 3.5 core.

16 Sqmm 4 core.

16 Sqmm 2 core.

10 Sqmm 2 Core.

Taking out unserviceable LT cable of any type and size from pole/wall/trenches by disconnecting electric connections for repair / replacement of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement off load changeover switch with steel enclosure, side handle operated 100 Amps, four pole, 415 volts 50 Hz, ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 3.00 above but of capacity 63 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, connecting and testing MCCB, 250 Amps, 4 pole with breaking capacity 35 KA, 415 volt 50 Hz, adjustable thermal setting and fixed magnetic setting with extended terminals complete all as specified and directed including taking down of unserviceable MCCB of any type and capacity.

All as per item No 5.00 above but of breaking capacity 25 KA ,100 Amps capacity.

All as per item No 5.00 above but of capacity 630 Amps capacity.

All as per item No 5.00 above but of capacity 63 Amps capacity.

Supply, connecting and testing MCCB, 400 Amps, 4 pole with breaking capacity 36 KA, 415 volt 50 Hz, adjustable thermal setting and fixed magnetic setting with extended terminals complete all as specified and directed including taking down of unserviceable MCCB of any type and capacity.

All as per item No 9.00 above but of capacity 160 Amps capacity.

Excavation in trenches, in any type of soil n.exc 1.5 M wide and not exceeding 1.5 M in depth and getting out including forming bottom surfaces to required level or slope complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable provided with layers of sand ( 8 cm deep before laying cable and 15 cm after laying cable ) complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, excavated soil including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 M and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5M above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sub class ‘B’ brick old size laid dry flat over sand for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying light grade GI pipe in trenches/under road/fixed to pole/under, floor/fixed on wall etc complete all as specified for the size 80mm bore.

All as per item No 16.00 above but for the size 50 mm bore.

All as per item No 16.00 above but for the size 25 mm bore.

S&F of PVC Sintex box of size 230x170x105 mm suitable for loop in box including , Connector 8 way suitable for looping three phase cable epoxy connector complete with ,MCB SP 2.5 Amps, including nuts, bolts, gland lugs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix PVC moulded junction box of suitable size to accommodate and including 01 No.MCB SPN 20 Amps for incoming and 02 Nos MCB SP 10 Amps for outgoing complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement busbar chamber made out of MS sheet of size 2mm thick suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire system, 415 volts including making suitable type of locking arrangement and also providing 04 Nos of aluninium bus bar of 200 Amp current rating with insulators complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for earthing complete with copper earth plate electric 60 cm x 60 cm x 3.15mm buried directly and vertically in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to Copper strip 20 x 3 mm as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and including necessary earth work execution in any type of latent rock, PCC 1:3:6 type C2 chamber and chamber cover 50mm (PCC 1:2:4) with 8 mm dia CTD reinforcement watering pipe 20mm dia GI, protection pipe for copper strip 40mm dia GI light grade, salt, coal, magnesium sulphate and water funnel etc complete all as per electrical plate No 4 of SSR Part I complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cable end jointing kit for LT XLPE grade cable for heat shrinkable complete with jointing materials and accessories suaitable for 3.5/4 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of following sizes :-

25 Sqmm 3.5 core to 95 Sqmm 3.5 core.

120 sqmm 3.5/4 core.

Taking down old U/S junction box and Supply and fixing Junction Box made up of High quality thermoplastic polycarbonate enclosure with IP 65 degree of protection, weather proof, corrosion proof, dust proof, insulted and shock proof, fire retardant non toxic material with internally embedded gasket with 10 Amp MCB and 4 nos terminal of size 200x160x98 mm of make hensel or equivalent make of Sintex/ Universal complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for cement concrete, type C2, 1:3:6 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete as indicated or directed.

M & L for danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for LT, 25 X 20 cm size complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to existing panel board by replacing the bus bar channel, welding, chasing, bending, replacement of hinges, greasing after removing/replacement the rusted/corrugated sheet/panel door and painting with vermin proof paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F synthetic insulating mat near electric installations of size 2m x lmX 3mm as specified and directed.

Taking down existing unsv LT panel and Supply, installation ,testing and commissioning new outdoor type LT cubical panel made with 3.15 mm thick sheet suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 415 volts, 50 Hz and type at 415 volts, factory made, powder coated with thickness not less than 100 microns provided with suitable gasket to make it dust / vermin proof & general construction confirming to IS:8623 / 93 including and mounted on suitable plate form of PCC (1:2:4) type B 1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate comprising of the following all as specified and directed. (a) Insulated high conductivity copper bus bar 1.5 times of each incoming and outgoing MCCB/MCB capacity but not less 600 Amps for 3 phase and for neutral complete all as specified and directed. (b) S&F multi function meter of size 96mm x 96mm square type flush mounted to be connected class 1.0, for recording amps, volt meter etc -01 Nos. (c) Indicating lamps LED type, 230 volt for RYB including all necessary arrangments-01 set (Set of three). (d) MCCB 4 pole ,415 volts ,400 Amps, Icu=36 KA thermal megnatic release (incoming) -01 Nos. (e) MCCB 3 pole ,415 volts ,160 Amps, Icu=25 KA theraml magnetic release (outgoing) -01 Nos. (f) MCCB 3 pole, 415 volts ,100 Amps, Icu=25 KA theraml magnetic release (outgoing) -02 Nos. Note :- (i) Cost for disconnecting existing cable, excvation for taking out loop etc, reconnecing after installation of panel is deemed to be included in rate quoted above. S & F for LT lightening arresters for outdoor use, expulsion type complete with all fittings, 30 Kilo amp discharge capacity distribution class complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation filling for poles/stay etc complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pillars, plat forms, beds and copping around the poles/stay etc complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Cable Terminal Boot for Transformer comprising of Basic Impulse Level – 95kV, Bushing Diameter – 30 – 45mm, Voltage Um – 17.5kV max, Description – Flexible Bushing Boots, Diameter D Over Termination – 35mm-400mm, suitable for HT/LT XLPE UG Cable Sizes – 95 – 240 sqmm, complete all as specified and directed.

Releasing tension of existing OH line, of ACSR/copper conductor or GI earth wire of any size/type on existing OH line restretching properly and fixing on existing insulators on OH cross arms of poles including disconnection service connection street light fitting etc and reconnecting the same after restretching complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and including one primer coat of red oxide and two coats of aluminum paint, complete all as specified.

Supply, fixing, stringing of ACSR conductor of any size on poles including aluminum binding wire or aluminum tape on insulators at least 50mm each side complete including necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fixing, stringing of GI continuous earth wire of any size 3.15mm or 4.00mm dia on existing overhead line along pole/earthing etc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F shackle type insulator, porcelain vitreous white, brown or green insulator including one galvanized mild steel strip 31x3mm size, washer ,insulator bolts, 12mm dia nut for working pressure 1100 volts grade 75mm height ,90mm max dia complete all as specified.

M&L for repair to existing panel board by replacing the bus bar channel, welding, chasing, bending, replacement of hinges, greasing after removing/replacement the rusted/corrugated sheet/panel door and painting with vermin proof paint complete all as specified and directed.
