Fabrication and Supply of 20 Nos. Garbage container of 4.5 m3 capacity to be installed at various locations for SANJY 2026 within limits of JMC. The Job includes; fabrication by using Mild Steel Channel of size 75 x 40 x 6 mm and Angle iron of size 40x40x6 mm. The bottom of the Garbage container should be made out of HR sheets having 5 mm thickness. The side sheets should be made out of HR sheets having thickness 4 mm. The size & capacity of the Garbage container is large and hence container should be equipped with 4 windows, 2 on each side and fabricated out of CR sheets of thickness 2 mm. The top cover of the Garbage container should be fabricated out of HR sheet having 3 mm thickness, the job involves fabrication/ finishing of the Garbage Container and further providing of 2 coats of red-oxide (Iron primer) and 2 coats of blue enamel paints. complete job includes cost of materials fabrication cost, painting cost, transportation & labour charges. The Job is inclusive of GST and other types of applicable taxes. (01 No. garbage container weighs Approx. 750 Kg).
