Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc:- 1.To carry out periodic/scheduled inspection and maintenance of entire system as per the check sheet and OEM recommendations. 2.Attend and rectify minor breakdown/repair if any within 24hrs. of complaint. 3.Assist in planning of spares for maintenance and repair to be procured and provided and stocking by Project/NCL. Details of work:- This includes:- A).Periodic/scheduled inspection and maintenance:-Thorough inspection of AC system performance by team consisting of one system specialist with a helper in line with the check sheets and OEM recommendations. B).Refrigerant filling:- (i)Leakage test with nitrogen at every point by means of applying soap solution. (ii)Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump. (iii)Refrigerant providing and charging(R-134A) with the adjustment of high and low pressure cut-offs and compressor oil providing and filling. (iv) Compressor oil filling as per requirement of system. (v)Ensuring proper cooling of the operator cabin.
Annual Maintenance Contract of Air conditioning units fitted in M/s BEML make equipments of Amlohri Project which includs periodical/scheduled maintenance inclusive of manpower, tools and tackles, transportation, providing of refrigerant and its charging and providing of compressor oil and its fillling for a period of one year.
