Wall and Ceiling: Walls and Ceiling thickness 12mm of Natural Mineral Acrylic Finish, Seamless, resistance to mechanical stress and dynamic loads, hygienic with homogenous non porous surface and joint free, easy to clean, prevents infiltration by liquids, fluids and chemicals, lasting, sturdy. This material is Non Toxic insert and hypoallergenic, stain resistant and prevents infiltration by liquid, fluids and chemicals. Sturdy and able to withstand wear and tear. Grid work of wall and Ceiling with 16-gauge Aluminum grid with size 1’’x1’’+1’’x2’’ inches.

Laminar (GI): Plain air Ceiling constructed out of 1.5 mm thick GI sheet of size 2400 X 2400 mm having 6 nos. of hepa filters. The hepa filter having dust spot efficiency of 99.99% 0.3 micron. Air & light diffuser made out of two layer of mono filament precision woven polyester for the plan air ceiling to give a “LAMINAR FLOW” of filtered air. It also provides a diffused shadow less lighting system with a control on the intensity of luminance by using high frequency LED Bulbes and ballasts.

Flooring : It should be with 2mm antistatic seamless PVC flooring. Floor should be smooth, non-slip, impervious material conductive enough to dissipate static electricity but not conductive enough to endanger personnel from electric shock. Electrostatic charge dissipation combat PVC seamless flooring of very high quality should be provided. Thickness not less than 2 mm. PVC tiles should be used and joints should be welded by special PVC thermal welding units using PVC welding bars of same colour. The sheets should be highly durable with resistance to shock and indentation. It should be scratchproof also. The conductive material should be uniformly impregnated as grains. It should be inert to body fluids, chemicals and disinfectants. Should not be affected by temperature variation within the OT.

Peripheral Lights: Peripheral lighting and clean room luminaries with intensity min 500 Lux, it should be minimum 8 in numbers for each OT, should be with highly specular anodized aluminum reflectors and optical antiglare system. Luminaries cover should be made of highly resistant, disinfectant proof laminated safety glass/acrylic with stylish fine-grained surface. The reflectors should be of high quality, cleanable and non-deteriorating. The body should be made of sheet steel, perfectly powder coated, supplied ready for connection optionally for individual or series circuit with digital electronic control gear in multi lamp technology. Recess frames should be air tight. The fitting should be flush with the ceiling and should be removable from bottom. The light fitting should be uniformly and aesthetically distributed on the ceiling to provide uniform illumination in the OT. Light should not interfere when green mode endoscopy is performed. Peripheral lighting should be done according to IP 54 regulations. Control equipment for the general lighting and the light dimming should be provided in the theatre control panel. The operation procedures should never be affected by shadows, shimmering lights, and dazzling eyes. This must be achieved by the lighting system with sufficient illumination level and to provide flicker less design lighting control system. Suitable for areas with infrared regulation. Pressure Release Damper

Pressure Relief Dampers to be provided in theater to prevent cross contamination of air from clean and dirty areas. Suitably sized air pressure relief damper will be strategically placed, enabled differential room pressure to be maintained and ensure that when doors are opened between clean and dirty area. Counter weight balancing system will be provided in the PRD to maintain positive pressure inside the operation theatre. Air pressure stabilizers will have unique capability of controlling differential pressure to close tolerance. The PRD will remain closed at pressure below the set pressure and will open fully at pressure only fractionally above the threshold pressure. The body will be epoxy powder coated as per standard BS colors and meets international quality and safety requirements. First class electrolyzed steel plate will be used for body and with high grade SS 304 Stainless Steel for blades.Size : 390 x 420 mm

Storage Unit (GI): Providing fixing, supply and installation of storage unit of size (1665 X 865 x 350). Simplex Anaesthesia Gas Scavenging System (AGSS) with suitable pump having 600 LPM for the required outlet probes system shall confirm to NFPA 99-C.

Supply of following sizes solid drawn, seamless, phosphorous de-oxidized, non-arsenic and degreased copper pipe conforming to EN 057:1996 (originally BS2871-1971 Part 1 (Table X) and chemical composition as per BS-6017 of 1981 table 2. All the Copper Pipe fittings shall be of highest standard complying with EN1254-1 and should be degreased in the factory for use in medical gas pipeline system. The supplies of copper pipe would be accompanied with manufacturers test certificate for the physical properties of copper pipes and their Chemical composition. The supply of pipes is further substantiated with inspection certificate from the third party like SGS/Lloyds Register. Manufacturer of copper fittings should provide certificate indicating that degreasing has been carried out, that any secured to wall with LDPE saddles or to ceiling fixed MS bracket of suitable size, wherever necessary. Brazing for copper joints, brazing material to be used will be silver-copper phosphorous alloy which shall be used without flux. For copper to brass joints 43% silver brazing rods with flux would be used. Flow of nitrogen gas would be provided to avoid oxidization inside the pipeline during brazing.

Valve Box , Area valve service units module should consist of three gas service. It should incorporate a valve with NIST connection at either side. The valve boxes would be made of Zinc coated Mild Steel and shall be powder coated for housing area/zonal valves. SITC OF 100 KW/125KVA DIESEL GENERATOR .Providing, Installing, Testing and Commissioning of ‘Silent Type’ Diesel Generating set along with having Prime Power Rating of 125 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 0.8 lagging power factor at 415 V suitable for 50 Hz, 3 phase system & for 0.85 Load Factor and consisting of Diesel engine 4 stroke water cooled, electric start, of suitable BHP at 1500 RPM suitable for above output of alternator at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL andconforming to BS 5514, BS 649, IS 10000, capable of taking 10% over loading for one hour after 12 hours of continuous operation. The engine will be fitted complete with all the required accessories and Synchronous alternator rated at 125 KVA, 415 volts at 1500 RPM, 3 phase 50 Hz, AC supply with 0.8 lagging power factor at 40 Degree C, 50% RH & at 1000 Meter MSL.
