Supply & fabrication of steel floating Barge

cost for Supply & fabrication of steel floating Barge( Size of Barge :- 6.15 m × 4.58 m × 1.37 m) Bottom, side & deck portion of the Barge:Supply & fabrication of M.S. Plate , M.S. Angle, etc. of bottom side & deck portion of the barge of size, 6.15 m × 4.58 m × 1.37 m along with supply & fabrication of M.S. Channel for installation of pump sets, M.S. Angle for pipe support, etc, complete as directed by the Department as per drawing. The job also includes painting of the barge with 2 (two) coats of anticorrosive metal primer followed by 2 (two) coats of anticorrosive black bituminous paints, complete as directed by the Department. Each successive coat of the paint is to be applied after normal drying of the previous coat, complete as directed by the Department

Super structure of the Barge:Supply, fabrication & erection of roof support of height 1.9 m providing post of M.S. Angle with necessary clamping & welding at the top of the barge along with roof truss & purline made of M.S. Blank pipe fitted with necessary welding & bolting, complete as directed by the Department.

Roofing items of the Barge: Providing TATA / DYNAROOF make C.G.I. Sheet / Roofing of size-3050 mm (L) × 910 mm (B) × 0.50 mm (T). The job includes supply of C.G.I. Sheet, G.I. Ridging & fitting, fixing of entire roof with necessary J-Hooks, Nuts & Bolts with Washer, complete as directed.

Rain protection shed & railing of the Barge:Supply, fitting, fixing of B.P. Sheet along with post of M.S. Angle, G.I. Pipe for railing with necessary welding & bolting, complete as directed. The job also includes painting of pipes, etc. by two coats of metallic primer to be followed by two coats paints of reputed brand, complete as directed.

Anchoring Materials of the barge: Supply, fitting & fixing of C.I. Bollard on the corner edge of the platform deck of the barge facing towards the riverbank by suitable size of HDMS Nuts & bolts including supply of good quality 19 mm dia. HD Steel wire rope, steel core, tested quality to be fastening with the Anchor 5 Prong 30 Kg. by means of suitable size of required nos. of ‘U’ bolts complete as directed.

Transportation of iron materials, machineries, miscellaneous items, welding equipment, etc. from Guwahati to work site by Truck including loading, unloading & restacking properly at site.

Shifting of the barge from the place of fabrication to the work site including floating of the same at the intake point, complete as directed.

Supply, Fabrication and Installation of M.S. Foot Bridge from bank of the river to Barge as directed.

Installation of Three Nos. of New Pump Sets with Electric Wiring along with Supply, Fixing and Laying of Suction and Delivery Pipe Line

Centrifugal pump set with 60/70 LPS minimum discharge at 10.35 Mtrs Head, working efficienctly at head range (7.62-13.71) Mtrs coupled with 20 HP induction motor. Pump, Motor, Starter should be of reputed brand and as per IS specification. Also includes best quality MS frame and coupling of required size and shape.

Installation of Centrifugal Pump set (Horizontal Split casing type, size: 150 mm(suction) x 125 mm dia. (delivery) of 60 LPS minimum discharge at 13.00 Mt head coupled with 3 ph, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1450 RPM squirrel cage induction motor of 20 HP complete set. The job includes necessary transportation of pump set to the site and installation of C.C. block foundation in proper position with accurate alignment by means of foundation nuts and bolts complete with all works.

Fitting, fixing and laying of G.I. Pipes with Accessories: Laying, fitting, fixing and connection of suction pipe line for each pump set with 150mm dia. G.I. pipes of different length, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length, fabricated bends, tapper including foot valve for suction side. Reflex valve, sluice valve for delivery side of each pump set with 125mm dia. G.I. pipes with different length, bends, fabricated G.I. pipes with different length as per drawing. The joints should be with the best quality pipe joining sets of required size comprises of 60mm thick black moulded rubber gasket, necessary nuts, bolts and washer. Every joint should be leak proof and should be completed in all respect from foot valve to the pump flange for suction side and from delivery flange is the water flow through at proper F.S.L for the delivery side. The pipes lines with accessories must be proper painting.

Providing, fitting , fixing and erection of pipe supports for each pipeline at on interval of 3.00 Mtr. (approx) made of M.S. channel (ISMC 75) 1.50 Mtr. height with angle bracing erected on CC block of size 0.45mX0.30mX0.60m below ground.

Starter Stand: Supply & Installation of MS Starter Stand made of MS Angle of size 50mmx50mmx5mm including of providence C.C Block Foundation for installation of starter stand along with the required cement concrete works etc. The work includes painting of the starter stand with 1(one) coat of red oxide metal primer to be followed by 2(Two) coats of anticorrosive smoke grey paint to be applied after air drying of each previous coat.

Installation of Earth Station including supply of Earth continuity conductor materials, erection, connection of Earth Station with G.I pipe of 40mm dia. x 2Mt long with reducing sockets, nuts & bolts etc as per I.E Rule, connecting the motor etc by 8 SWG G.I wire through perforated G.I pipe with 12mm dia. holes all over the body of G.I pipe of standard spacing pointed at bottom end. For earth continuity conductor required of salt, charcoal to be used in the earth station.
