Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains, in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding laterite or sandstone) including removing, spreading or stacking the spoils within a lead of 75 m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of trenches, levelling, dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing out water as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.
Single Brick Flat Soling of picked jhama bricks including ramming and dressing bed to proper level and filling joints with local sand.
(II) Cement concrete with 30 mm down graded shingles excluding shuttering. N.B. Variety In ground floor (a) 1:3:6 proportion.
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:2:4) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement,if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes. (b) River bazree.
Ordinary Cement concrete (mix 1:1.5:3) with graded stone chips (20 mm nominal size) excluding shuttering and reinforcement if any, in ground floor as per relevant IS codes (ii ) River Bazree.
Earth work in filling in foundation trenches or plinth with good earth, in layers not exceeding 150 mm. including watering and ramming etc. layer by layer complete. (Payment to be made on the basis of measurement of finished quantity of work) (b) With earth obtained by fresh excavation (including cost of excavation upto 1,800 mm. depth) from land arranged by the Deptt. within a lead of 100 m.
Reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in all sorts of structures including distribution bars, stirrups, binders etc initial straightening and removal of loose rust (if necessary), cutting to requisite length, hooking and bending to correct shape, placing in proper position and binding with 16 gauge black annealed wire at every intersection, complete as per drawing and direction.(a) For works in foundation and upto roof of ground floor/upto 4 m II. Other than SAIL/ TATA/RINL.
Hire and labour charges for shuttering with centering and necessary staging upto 4 m using approved stout props and thick hard wood planks of approved thickness with required bracing for concrete slabs, beams and columns, lintels curved or straight including fitting, fixing and striking out after completion of works (upto roof of ground floor) a) 25 mm to 30 mm thick wooden shuttering as per decision & direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
125 mm. thick brick work with 1st class bricks in cement mortar (1:4) in ground floor.
Plaster (to wall, floor, ceiling etc.) with sand and cement mortar including rounding off or chamfering corners as directed and raking out joints including throating, nosing and drip course, scaffolding/staging where necessary (Ground floor).[Excluding cost of chipping over concrete surface] ii) with 1:4 cement morter ( b) 15 mm thick plaster.
Neat cement punning about 1.5 mm thick in wall, dado, window sill, floor etc.
Applying decorative cement based paint of approved quality after preparing the surface including scraping the same thoroughly (plastered or concrete surface) as per manufacturer's specification. (iii) Two coats.
Labour for boring tube well of required dia. by water jet system through any type of soil strata including hire and labour charges for boring pipes,scaffolding, tools and plants as necessary and taking out them and lowering pipes, strainers, blind pipe etc. and fitting and fixing the samecomplete including bucket washing and other incidental works in the connection. The tube well should have a minimum 50 mm gap in between the outside of the tubewell pipe and the bore. (d) For depth upto 150 metre for 50 mm dia. tube well with top enlargement of 100 mm dia. (ii) 100 mm dia. boring etc. top enlargement.
Supplying, fitting and fixing PVC pipes for underground work of approved make of Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I). with all necessary accessories, specials viz. socket, bend, tee, union, cross, elbo, nipple, longscrew, reducing socket, reducing tee, short piece etc. fitted including cost of all materials ,jointing materials, cutting pipes, making threads ,cutting trenches upto 1.5 metre below surface in all sorts of soil and refilling the same as directed complete in all respect. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipe line including all specials No separate payment will be made for accessories, specials.) Supply of PVC pipes & fittings Schedule 80 (medium duty) conforming to ASTMD - 1785 and threaded to match with GI Pipes as per IS : 1239 (Part - I).i) 100 mm dia PVC (ASTMD)

Necessary test certificate also to be supplied. (As per direction of EIC)TATA/WARRAR/ ADANI/ BIKRAM or equvalant. c)For 1 HP Off-grid Solar Water Pumping System with Monocrystalline/ Monocrystalline PERC/bifacial SPV modules - 900-1200 Wp.
Supplying P.V.C. water storage tank of approved quality with closed top with lid (Black) - Multilayer (d) 2000 litre capacity.
Module mounting structure (for 1HP, 2HP, 3 HP, 5 HP and 10HP solar water pumping system): Supply , transportation and installation of GI manual tracking structure made of MS hollow section, pipe, plate, angles, etc. as per IS:1161/1239, 1079/2062, to hold min 300Wp SPV modules as per drawing and specification of MNRE. This steel structure is to be protect with minimum 80 micron galvanization (hot dip) and provided with fixed arrangement or dual axis manual tracking arrangement for three times in a day and seasonal tilting are to be regulated to face the sun optimally (as per requiremnt).
Testing and commissioning of scheme after completion of all work.
Motor:- Supply and installation of three phase electro motor pump-motor set suitable for solar operation covering 5 years warranty for the following conditions including loading, unloading, transportation etc.:- C) upto 3 Hp ISI mark three phase surface mounted monoblock pump motor having discharge at required head as below III) open well submerssible pump set ISI marked as per IS: 14220 for PDW with discharge of 6.50 to 7.14 Lps at 18 mts total head of required quantity of flexible delivery pipe (15mtr) clamps bent, foot vaves and all other accessories to complete connection of suction and delivery side.
Lightning protection (pole mounted): Lightning protection with 1.5" GI Pipe of 4 mts + 0.75 mts height with base flange in proper RCC foundation and S&F lightning conductor air terminal made of 20 mm dia 1000 mm long GI Pipe (ISI Medium) having five discharge prongs of 4SWG GI (hot dip) wire at top duly soldered with 7/16 stranded GI (Hot Dip) wire and 85 mm dia 6 mm thick GI base plate at bottom including necessary holes etc. Earthening with 65 mm dia GI pipe (medium) 3.0 mts long and 1X19/10 standard GI (HotDIp) wire (4mts long) 20 mm dia X 12 mm long galvanized bolt double nut, double wadshar including socketing at voth end of standard GI (Hot Dip) wire by crimping sockets/ thmbles and S&F 65 mm GI pipe (ISI-Medium) propection (3 m long ) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 mts (provosion of one lightning protection for each structure).
Earthing:- Earthing with 50mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick X 3.04 mts long and 1X4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4mts long ) , 13 mm dia X 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washar including S&F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 m long) to be filled with bitumen partly nder the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 mts below the ground levle as below: By ISI -Medium GI pipe including excavation of soil for installation of earth electrodes and filling and ramming and connecting to individual structure to earth electrode including S&F 20 mm X 3MM galavanized ( Hot Dip) MS flat on wall/ floor with GI saddle as required and connection to equipment including drilling holes, with bolts, nuts, washar etc.
Supply, Fitting and fixing in position at site including carriage, Iron Removal Filter, capacity 3000 Liter Per Hour, with ISI mark of TATA/APEX.
Power conditioning unit with IP54 enclosure: Supply, transport, installation and commissioning of IP 54 protected enclosured Inverter Unit qualifying IEC 61683-Efficiency measurement and IEC 60068-2-Environment Standard safety standard suitable for 3 Phase A.C. motor, IGBT based high voltage switching inverter with MPPT technology, to take care of the variation of Sun light and will be suitably mounted inside the metal enclosure. Inverter should have protection against Dry run, Over current, Under current, Over voltage, Under voltage, Short circuit etc. System should be able to run at low sunshine and minimum 7 to 8 hours a day run should be possible during normal sunshine. condition. Inverter should have option to auto start for any short trip off due to low light/ cloudy situation except for dry run. Inverter should be provided with a display to show the various parameter by the user such as Voltage, Current, Solar panel DC voltage, Inverter IGBT temperature, Out put AC voltage, Output frequency, Pump flow (direct or calculated method), Irradiation etc. The system should store the data at a set interval, be capable to transfer it to external storage device and support communication of its operational parameters and logs over Modbus protocol It should also monitor and save total run time, total water pumped etc. There should be provision for interfacing GPRSbased data transmission.Amrit/Havels/Suriya or equvalant. b) For 1 HP capacity Pump-motor set. (As per direction of EIC).
Cable and Accessories: Supplying, fitting and fixings of UV rated Copper Cable laid inside HOPEconduit and other accessories as per followings with necessary connection with the Solar PV Module, MPPT etc. i. 4.0 Sq mm single core multi studs - 10 Mtrs (Minimum) ii. 6.0 Sq mm single core multi struds -5 Mtrs (Minimum) iii. Lugs, HOPEPipe, Flexible Pipe, Saddle, Cable, tie etc a) For1 HP per structure (As per direction of EIC) W.R.I D.D. Schedule of Rates 2021,ch. 12, item no. 4
