PAINTING TO RUNWAY TAXI TRACK SIGNAL SQUARE WIND SOCK AND PAD MARKING AT INS HANSA UNDER GE NW VASCO

M&L for removing old paint by removers or burning off by blow lamps and cleaning with scrapers, any number of coats, any width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for priming paint, for brick, stone, concrete, asbestos cement or plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preperation of new painted bituminous / concrete, flexible or rigid surfaces over 10 cm width and applying two coats of runway marking paint water based (white/golden yellow) to lines, dashes arrows, letters etc., with necessary painting rollers, all as specified and directed.

M & L for water borne Airfield marking ready mixed, single component paint TT-P-1952 type III with high build acrylic binder of minimum wet film thickness of 16 mils (0.016 inch) of any colour including TTP-B-1325 Type-III glass beads (Airport beads) made from virgin glass with high index of refraction (1.9 IOR) and yield should be 550Mcd / m / lux on yellow/ black marking and the minimum ratio of glass beads to binder is 1.198 Kg / Litre complete all as specified by the manufacturer catalog and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes for Sr No. 3.00 & 4.00 (a) Painting will be carried out by using painting machine. (b) Conditions for approval and procurement of materials shall be read in conjunction with special conditions of tender documents elaborated in paras 4, 5 & 6 and further subsequent sub paras.

(b) Runway full center line painting will be regularly carried out by monthly or as and when required basis as per relevent schedule given below. (c) Painting will be carried out by using painting machine. (d) Conditions for approval and procurement of materials shall be read in conjunction with special conditions of tender documents elaborated in paras 4, 5 & 6 and further subsequent sub paras.

All as per item No. 5.00 above, second time painting for the same location above for centre line touch down area only, 14 days gap after first time painting or as and when required basis.

All as per item No. 5.00 above, third time painting for the same location above for full centre line only, 14 days gap after second time painting or as and when required basis.

All as per item No. 5.00 above, fourth time painting for the same location above for centre line touch down area only, 14 days gap after third time painting or as and when required basis.

All as per item No. 5.00 above, fifth time painting for the same location above for full centre line only, 14 days after fourth time painting or as and when required basis.

All as per item No. 5.00 above, sixth time painting for the same location above for centre line touch down area only, 14 days gap after fifthtime painting or as and when required basis.
