A chiller room of 10MT capacity has been proposed for storing fish the storage time is expected not to be long, say for 1-2days. The chiller room would maintain temperature of 00C to 40C and thus help keeping good quality of fishes. Fishes would be stacked in separate crates having measurement of 400mm X 600mm X 325mm. Also, cabinet space and electrical connection for Deep Freezers at Wholesaler stalls have been provided so that the stall owners may store excess fish at the end of the day. Hence individual wholesalers can install their own deep freezers.1
