Dismantling and taking down defective high mast light fittings with complete assembly by engaging suitable heavy duty crane/ Hydra machine from pole upto 20 mtr height using electrically operated winch, repairing and refixing after replacing all unserviceable parts including internal wiring complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Light fittings shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) Spares such as steel wire, winch motor, cable etc shall be measured and paid for separately. (c) The entire work shall be carried out by well experienced professionals who has already carried out the high mast poles dismantling /repair works and similar works. (d) Cost of Minor fittings/fixtures such as screws, bolt/nuts, grease etc shall provided by the contractor without any extra cost to the Govt to make functional lights and nothing shall be admissible on this ground.

Supply only stainless steel rope twisted of size 10 mm dia with necessary connections proper binding on both sides from bottom drum to high mast top connection hook , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only fractional 1.5 HP motor 415 volts suitable for electrically operated high mast light, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only PVC insulated, PVC sheathed multistranded copper conductor cable of size 4.00 sqmm 4 core , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only LED Flood light, powder coated pressure die cast with aluminium housing & frame with heat resistant toughened clear glass fixed with SS screw. / Anti Dust Exposed Lens,sturdiness and embossed brand name/logo name of manufacturer on fixture. The fixture should have a minimum system efficacy of ≥ 125LPW and a minimum system lumen output of 18000 lumens and maximum system wattage of 150 Watts.The fixture shall have a CRI of minimum 70. Replacement of old cracked/ damaged, concrete poles with new pre-stressed concrete pole, 9.0 metres long, cross section 102mmx172mm at top and 102mmx279mm at bottom, class 10, including painting strips in black and white colour, 300mm thick, upto 1.50mtr height, from top of PCC coping with synthetic enamel paint after preparing the surface, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Excavation, earth work and concrete in foundation shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply only engine oil/ lubricant, 20 W 40 grade, suitable for diesel engine of DG set of any capacity and any make, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of Old UNSV / damaged battery with new storage cell lead acid type 12 Volts, 150 AH including lead terminals and copper thimble for making necessary connections, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply only copper lead cable 1.50mtrs long, multi-stranded, with copper thimble for making necessary connections at both ends, suitable for 12/ 24 Volts battery including copper nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Replacement of old damaged/ unserviceable coppercable with new cable, flat, PVC insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor, multi-stranded, 50.0 Sqmm, single, conforming to relevant IS specifications including making connection to both ends i.e. motor side and starter side with jointing materials, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repair and overhauling of existing self starter, capacity 12 Volts/ 24 Volts of any diesel generator set including transportion to workshop for any repair and installation back to same DG set and replacing defective spare parts with new spare parts such as re-winding of armature, pinion, carbon bushes, field coil, including any type of machine work required at site/ workshop to compete the repair including complete servicing all as required at site, re-assembling in existing position complete and testing on completion all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Cost of spare parts shall be deemed included in quoted rate of item.

Repair & servicing of LT panel and Alternator terminal of DG set of any capacity, taking out burnt out wiring with minor spares, cleaning the panel with CRC including replacement of old burned wires of existing sizes with copper lugs of any size with nuts & bolts, replacement of casing & caping, fixing of new tags and testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note :- (a) Quoted rates includes wiring, nuts, bolts & washers and cleaning materials (b) Rates of copper thimbles shall be measured & paid as supply only)

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level. connecting to the GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolls, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , perforated at bottom. 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate. charcoal and common salt filling with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and earth work in soft soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters all as per electrical plate 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. NOTE :- (i) Item of earthing includes cost of 7.5 m long GI wire of size 4 mm dia with protection pipe of 15mm dia GI medium grade, any variation in length shall be adjusted through deviation order based on SSR rates reduced by (-20)%. (ii) On testing after completion of earthing if the desired earth resistance is not obtained earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk and cost.

SPECIAL NOTE FOR DG SETS AND VOLTAGE STABLIZER'S REPAIRS/PUMPS: The contractor will submit a scanned copy of Memorandum of under standing from OEMs ( or authorized dealers) to Engr-in-Charge for the respective E/M installations before start of any repair work for the Aprroval of GE.
