House keeping of TKGTPS Quarters area at Thirumakkottai

House keeping of T(K)GTPS quarters areas at Thirumakkottai for a period from 01.04.2020 to 30.06.2020 (six months) on work contact basis.

Cleaning of open drain/storm water drain pipe culvert, box culvert etc. in quarters area to insure free flow of water including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift etc. complete and disposal of waste collected , including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping and cleaning of steps, portico area floors in all blocks, cleaning of glass partition and windows, dust bin etc. and providing of drinking in security office including cost of all cleaning materials such as broom stick, glass cleaner, cleaning powder, labour, lead, lift, lead, including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s etc. complete (daily) as directed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of cobweb in steps,landing and portico area floors in all blocks etc. including cost of all cleaning materials, all T & P’s labour, lead, lift etc. complete once in a month as directed by the Engineer at Site.

Cleaning of dust bins and waste chute of tenements and cleaning of House drain, disposing the collected waste away from the tenements including cost of all cleaning materials, labour charges, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at Site.

Cleaning of water tanks (RCC tanks & PVC tanks) in Quarters building including cost of all cleaning materials, such as brush, bucket, bleaching powder, Labour, lead, lift, etc. lead, including cost of all consumables , all T & P’s etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.A)PVC Tank(750/1000 Ltr capacity)

B)OHT RCC Tank (50,000 Litres) capacity

Cleaning of sewage water collected in septic tank inside quarters area and clearing sludge and disposing at a suitable place away from the plant using 6000lit capacity hired tank including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift including cost of all consumables, all T&P's including removal of cover slab and refixing the same and finishing etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.

Cleaning of Scrub jungles in the vacant quarters areas and clearing away from the site including cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift, including cost all consumables, all T&P’s lift etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at site.

Sweeping & cleaning of terrace for all the quarters including cost of all cleaning materials, labour,lead ,lift etc complete once in three month including cost of all consumables, all T& P's etc complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
