Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and getting out including forming bottom surface to required levels/gradients/slopes for foundations/laying of cable etc. all as specified and directed including taking out existing cable protection brick cover etc.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed

M&L for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L bricks for cover underground cable with one layer of bricks using sub class 'B' bricks (Old size) laid flat across the cable complete all as specified. (Excavation and earth work will be measured separately).

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of step down outdoor platform mounted energy efficient level 3 transformer 500KVA capacity 11/0.433kV (HT 11kV & LT 433V), 3 phase, 4 wire with off load tappings on HT side to vary secondary voltage within +/- 7.5% limit, all as per IS:1180 Part-I (2014) with standard fittings etc complete all as specified and shall also comprises of the following:- (a) Transformer shall be oil immersed, naturally cooled, copper wound, winding core type, MS radiater cooled tank with first fill of transformer oil plus spare oil (five percantage) capacity) as per IS 335 of 1980 with cooling system. The teperature of oil shall not be raised more than 50degree centigrade to ambient temp and 55degree centigrade of winding. Transformer shall be painted with two coat of epoxy paint as per IS- 632. (b) The transformer shall be provided with the following:- (i) Rating and diagram (terminal marking) plate (ii) Two earthing terminals for body earthing (iii) Lifting lugs (iv) Thermometer pocket (v) Air release hole with plug (vi) Tap changer with locking provision (vii) Oil level gauge (viii) Dehydrating breathing device which could not permit ingress of rain water and insects (ix) Drain-cum-sampling value (x) Oil temperature indicator. (xi) Level III type (xii) Including chainlink fencing with locking arrangment. Note: (i) IS-1180 Part I 2014 with latest amendment dt 04 Mar 2021 shall be applicable. Note: Transformer shall be placed on existing platform/four pole strucuture. In case repair of existing plateform/four pole structure required, the same shall be done as per OEM specification including providing chain link fencing all around the platform and cost for the same shall be included in the quoted rate.

Supply and installation & Testing factory made LT feeder pillar box of size 60cmX45cmX30cm for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415Volt, AC, 50Hz, outdoor, cubical type, weather, dust and vermin proof, pedestal mounting type suitable for front operated applications having aluminium bus bar rating capacity 400Amps and neutral 300Amps rating capacity mounting of insulators, incoming controlled with fixed type MCCB 3Pole of capacity 250 Amps and breaking capacity Icu= 36KA including canopy on top and gland provision in bottom made out of 3.15mm thick MS sheet duly powder coated of approved shade using 40mmX40mmX6mm angle iron frame and supports including necessary excavation and grouting work in PCC 1:2:4 mix, type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm (main earthing lead) by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES Schedule Part-I (2009) connected to earth test point & to main switch board with & including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt alround earth plate & 40mm dia GI pipe medium grade for earth lead protection pipe for suitable length and GI pipe 20mm dia medium grade for watering pipe with funnel & wire mesh including necessary earth work and PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 for earth pit, internal surface of concrete shall be given 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and 40mm thick precast RCC cover 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregare) reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 75mm c/c both ways with 12mm dia round bar as in handle including taking down of existing earthing complete all as specified & directed. Note: (i) Test result of earthing to be submitted by the contractor for all earthing . (ii) Earth filling shall be done by vegetable soil. (iii) Soil should be free from stone, boulders,aggragates,gravel etc. (iv) The rate quoted by the bidders shall be also be deemed to include :- (a) Supply of charcoal and common salt.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation/repairs to damaged road/footpath/plinth for panels etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) Type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in repair to footpath/hard standing/plinth for panels etc. including necessary formwork complete all as specified.

Supplying and fixing in position new PVC (Sinthetic) boxes of size 280mm X 170mm X 115mm depth, made out with Sinthetic. The box shall be provided with and including 10cm long aluminium bus bar of size 20x3 mm size 2Nos mounted on porcelain insulators including one No. MCB SP of ‘C’ series, 5/6 Amps of Make Legrand/L&T/ Siemens and connecting the bus bars to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5mm GI clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting, dismantling and taking out old U/S ACSR conductor of any size out lived broken unserviceable including removing binding wire from insulators/jumpers and cross arms nut/bolts all items diposited to MES store yard all as specified and dircetd.

Disconnecting HT Electric Supply and taking down old existing Transformer of any capacity of any description and in any position from the existing indoor/outdoor substation, shifting the Transformer to new location not exceeding 6KM away from the starting point and installation, fixing and commissioning the Transformer connecting the incoming and outgoing connections including testing the Transformer all as specified and directed Note: Fixing of transformer in existing platform/four pole strucuture. In case repair of four pole /two pole and platform to included above rate. Transformer shall be painted with two coat of epoxy paint.

Demolition for cement concrete/road in ground floor and paving n. exc 15cm thickness below or above ground level including removal of rubbish to a distance exc 50mtr etc complete all as specified and direcetd.
