Repair/Periodical maintenance of Swimming Pool of size 35 mtr long, 15 mtr wide with variable depth between 1.2 to 2.5mtr (Ave depth 1.5 m) having total water capacity approx 10,00,000 ltrs The maintenance shall be carried out during term break or any other dates given by the User / Department. Repair/Periodical maintenance of Swimming pool comprises with the following works services complete all as specified and directed. a) De-watering of water from swimming pool bed including balancing chamber of swimming pool completely (approx.Qty 10 Lac ltr) by installed pump at swimming pool. b) Cleaning of Swimming pool bed,vertical walls complete (tilled surfaces) manually by using brushes,with chemicals and other acid's cleaning agent without damaging the existing tiles. Finally washing total surfaces with fresh water and make ready for fill up with water. c) Cleaning of balancing chamber by using mud pump, removing deposited silt from bottom of chamber, cleaning all vertical walls, removing elegies and finally washing with fresh water and make ready for fill up with water. Note :- After carry out of maintenance water shall be re-filled and to be made ready for swimming/tiles cleaning and cleaning material paid separately.

Taking out old existing/damage cable of any make / any size complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix electric submersible water proof Cable for pool Lighting System, unarmored PVC FRLS multi stranded copper cable including heavy duty PVC conduit in concealed system with all fixing accessories of three runs of single core of 10.0 sq mm copper cables. and including taking out old unserviceable cable complete all as specified & directed

M&L for Servicing Maintenance of Non Clogging/Mono Block Centrifugal pump set coupled with electrical motor AC of capacity 7.5 to 10 HP, three phase, from Sewage water discharge pump house and carrying out maintenance check along with following complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Dismantling of centrifugal pump set in presence of MES representative and display all the parts without damage any portion for inspection of Engr in Charge to ascertain the serviceability of existing parts. (b) Heating, varnishing to stator, rotor with super quality varnish and drying out properly. (c) Cleaning, washing and greasing of ball bearing complete. (d) Checking play of impeller and bushing of pump and repair/renewal of bushes, gland, sleeves etc. (e) Assembling of motor and pump with old serviceable parts and renewal of UNSV parts as ordered where necessary. (f) Installation of motor by making connections as per existing and testing on load complete. Note:- Any repair and renewal of parts like Shaft, Shaft Sleeve, bearing, gasket, gland packing, Nuts bolts washers etc and labour cost to be included in the quoted rates.
