S&F of double legged informatory sign board of Size 1.20x0.90m single side fixed on frame of stainless steel of round pipe 50mm dia (304 grade). The boards are to be made or night intensity unmettalised prismatic grade retro-reflective sheeting 400 micron thick of Make-Avery Dennison/E3M, duly processed on 3 mm thick aluminium composite panel conforming to IS:736 with heat lamp vacuum applicator, etched treatment hand queezed rolled applicator machine. Notes: (a) Replacement of items shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items. (b) Number of complaints may vary day to day and shall be on required basis. Contractor shall quote their rates accordingly. (c) Breakdown complaints will collected from complaint cell or by telephonically from duty elect/JE E/M/Engr-in-Charge. (d) In case of failure on the part of contractor for attending any breakdown within 2 hrs a penalty shall be imposed @ Rs.2000/- per complaints and recovered from his dues

Material and labour for rectification/refixing of loose/hanging armoured cable of any size including fixing of saddles and screws, fastners as required complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of saddles and screws, fastners or any other fixing/hanging mtrl required are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Dismantling existing LT panel alongwith incoming and outgoing connections and refixing the panel in same place or in another place and connecting all cable connections including transportation complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling steel poles/struts, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections, steel tubular poles etc. complete all as specified and directed. .

Dismantling insulators any type, any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete by demolition of concrete, etc. and necessary excavation all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour in Replacement Earthing complete for Transformers/ LT Panels with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 metres below normal ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected with and including GI strip 32mm x 6mm upto test point and aluminium strip 25x3.15mm test point to equipment in and including GI pipe 40mm bore medium grade as protection pipe (from top of earth plate up to the body of equipment) by means of GI bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of GI and thimbles, earth plate surrounded by packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt 15cm thick, all around including top and bottom and watering pipe 20mm bore of GI pipe light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber of size 300 x 300 x 300mm (top of chamber minimum 15 cm above the normal ground level (1:3:6) using 20mm graded stone aggregate and RCC cover (1:2:4) type B-I using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate and angle iron frame including necessary excavation/ earth work in any type of soil/rock, test point of GI strip and as shown in Electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I (2009) testing on completion complete all as specified.(cost of protection pipe up to 7.5metres from earth electrode will be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor) complete all as specified and directed.
