Eligibility Criteria

Tenderers should not be associated, or have been associated in the past, directly or indirectly, with a firm or any of its affiliates which have been engaged by the Purchaser to provide consulting services for the preparation of the design, specifications, and other documents to be used for the procurement of the goods to be purchased under this Invitation of Tenders.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Technical Criteria

Past Experience

Bidder should have supplied same or similar Category 1 No HYDRAULIC CRAWLER EXCAVATOR or Simillar Machinery of value not less than Rs.25.00Lakh, in at least one of the last five years to any Central / State Govt Organization / PSU / Urban local bodies/Public Listed Company. Copies of relevant work done certificate(s) from competent authority

Certificate of Incorporation / Registration under companies Act, 1956/2013/ LLP Act, 2008/ Partnership Act/MSME/NSIC/Co-operative Societies Act/the Societies Registration Act or any relevant/ suitable Act in India or abroad or as amended. Certificate of Commencement of Business.

Financial Status

Balance sheet/profit & loss statement/Income tax returns statements and annual turnover certificate for last 5 years, having atleast Rs. 100.00 Lakhs In any two of the last five Financial year, Certified by Auditor. FY (2020-21 to 2024-25)

The bidder should upload Line of Credit of Rs.15.00Lakhs issued from nationalized bank (unconditional)
