The offered make and model of the camera shall comply with the applicable Essential Requirements (ERs) for Security of CCTV Cameras notified by MeitY under the applicable Public Procurement Order. The bidder shall submit valid documentary evidence of certification/validation of the offered make and model against the applicable Essential Requirements through the prescribed STQC mechanism.

Bulk order will be placed on the manufacturer or its authorized dealer having proven performance. The bidder or its OEM should have supplied same or similar item (similar item means Solar- powered Surveillance Cameras or similar electronic video surveillance systems having remote monitoring capability) for minimum 20% of tendered quantity against orders placed, in any one of the last THREE FINANCIAL YEARS or current financial year up to date of tender opening to any Central/State Govt. Organization/PSU and All other terms regarding placement of order will be as per clause 2.3 of attached tender document."

Have you submitted authenticated copy of the document authorizing the signatory to submit offer and commit on behalf of tenderers. Other conditions will be as per attached tender document.

To be delivered at concerned destination. Delivery at single point is not acceptable. In case, tenderer quote for delivery of entire tendered quantity to one consignee against Railway%u2019s requirements of delivery to multiple consignees, such offer shall be considered valid only for quantity required as per tender schedule by the consignee to whom delivery is offered by the tenderer and it shall be considered that there is no offer for remaining consignees.

Have you quoted Mode of dispatch on FOR destination basis for free delivery at destination with rate structure clearly indicating the basic rate, GST and freight etc, up to destination [consignees premises].

Have you quoted the discount if any in the specified column only in IREPS?

Have you furnished Bank account details such as Name of the Bank and address, account no., MICR, IFSC code and type of account to facilitate EFT payment?

Firm shall mention the make/brand/model of the product offered and attach technical details and specification of the same for the evaluation
