Demolition of un reinforced cement concrete in ground floors n.exc 15cm thick above or below ground level all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets any thickness including cover fillets all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated, semi corrugated) sheets including ridges as in roof covering all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

(upto 1200 mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceiling cleats made out G.I. flat 40x3 mm size 60 mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5 mm dia, 40 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Gypsum board of 12 mm thick for false ceiling 60 cm x 60 cm with staples on snap grid all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone walls including racking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement with using water proofing compound all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster with cement mortar 1:3 on concrete surface as in ceiling finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs aluminium anodised wire mesh of size 1.5 mm x 3 mm mesh 20 Gauge thick all as specified and as directed. Make: M/S Kiran Netting or equivalent as approved by GE.

M&L for providing cement concrete type C-1, 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50 mm thick , 75 cm wide as in plinth protection laid in bays not exceeding 2 Sq m each and finishing even and fair on top without using extra cement with 6mm wide joints throughout the thickness of plinth protection in concrete bays and in between the walling and plinth protection, filling the joints with mastic filling comprising of one part of heated bitumen 85/25 or 95/10 grade and 3 parts of sand ( all by weight) all as specified and as directed..

M&L for PCC type C1 1:3:6 ,using 20 mm graded stone aggregate for filling the holes of the hold fasts all as specified and as directed..

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified and as directed..

M&L for glazed ceramic tile 300 x 200 x 06-7mm thick (coloured) on vertical surfaces such as dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including 10 mm thick screed bed in cement and sand mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed..

M & L for screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:4 all as specified and as directed..

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles l0mm thick 600mmx 600mm (square/rectangular) polished ,area of each tiles repairs in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match light shade all as specified and as directed..

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on walls all as specified and as directed..

M&L for PCC 1: 2 : 4 type B-1 , using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm thick as in floor finishing surfaces of concrete topping even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CI soil waste pipe in any length with or without ears with cement joints fixed in walls 100 mm dia including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

All as per Item No. 55 here in before but for 75mm dia including taking down old one all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs CI Nahani traps 100 mm dia with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed and gully traps fitted cement concrete type B1, 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI Marked of 500 Litres capacity, (cylindrical vertical tanks with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including making necessary arrangements for fixing inlet, outlet and over flow pipe and provision of wash out pipe etc including taking down existing tank complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top and bottom rails. M.S frame shall be covered with heat channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as a gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S frame welded / sealed to the stiles and nails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frame at side all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash hand basin white flat back, size 550x400mm including waster pipe , chromium plated waste coupling 32mm dia , bracket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring any type (light, fan socket or power) complete (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses pendants, regulators, sockets etc to be measured separately) removing materials at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls floors etc all as specified and as directed

M&L for one light point or fan point controlled by one switch with cables 1.5 Sq mm copper cable FRLS multi stranded unsheathed drawn through & including PVC concealed conduit and 1.5 sq mm conductor cable for earth wire including making connection with common earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for point wiring for 5 amp independent point with 1.5 sq mm copper wire & 1.5 sq mm copper wire as earth lead drawn through & including PVC concealed conduit of suitable size all as specified and as directed .

S&F Submain wiring with 4 sq mm three runs of single core multi stranded FRLS unsheathed PVC copper conductor cable 1100 Volts as per colour code drawn in casing capping including all accessories as required and connecting to Existing main switch board/DB & testing on completion including taking down old unserviceable sub main wiring complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel, and earth lead connected to main DB panel/meter box panel including necessary earth work and excavation of in any type of strata, chamber in PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 with PCC cover, GI tubing 15mm dia light grade for protection of GI wire, GI tubing 20mm dia for watering etc all as per electrical plate No 3 of SSR part-I including provision of earthing test point & connecting to electrical equipments and testing on completion all as specified and as directed .

Schedule 'A' -Part III ( External Electrfication )

Supply and Laying under ground cable XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty 1100 volts grade conforming to IS 7098 Part-1 1988 with aluminium conductor multi standarded including centre gland, lugs, jointing materials etc laid in trenches or fixed it to wall including taking down of existing cable of 50 Sq mm 3.5 core and PCC cable cover all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m width and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth getting out in soft disintegrated rock all as specified and as directed.

M & L for sand cushion in trenches for cable protection complete all as directed and as specified.

Supply and lay PCC cable cover class LV type 1 flat size 250mmx150mmx40mm all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Returning filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in thick using excavated hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed

Supply and laying of High density poly-ethylene pipes (HDPE) 40 mm dia, pressure rating 6 kgf/sqcm laid in trenches all as specified and as directed.
