Construction of Internal CC Roads in Mallaram ST Colony of Mallaram (GP) of Madhira (M) in Khammam District

GSB Grading-III: Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG material confirming to Grading - III of MoRT&H Table 400-2 and Table 400.1 of MORD including cost, and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as per technical specification 401 MORTH (4th revision) and 401 MORD and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge complete for finished item of work ( Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work ).

CC Pavement M20 Grade: Construction of plain cement concrete pavement, thickness as specified, over a prepared sub base, with 43 grade cement with coarse and fine aggregates conforming to IS: 383, mixed in a concrete mixer of not less than 0.2 cum capacity laid in approved fixed side formwork (steel channel, laying and fixing of 125 micron thick polythene film, wedges, steel plates including levelling the formwork), spreading the concrete with sholvels, rakes, compacted using needle and plate vibrators and finished in continuous operation including 2 provision of construction joints, applying debonding strips or sealant, including curing of concrete slabs for 14-days, and water finishing to lines and grade as per Technical Specification including cost& conveyence of all men and materials, overhead charges for all operations for finished item of work, But excluding GST & Seignarage charges.

Side Berms/shoulders Construction of Gravel Berms by providing well graded material spreading in irrespective thickness in 3 layers compacting including cost& conveyence of all men and materials, overhead charges for all operations, But excluding GST & Seignarage charges.

Contraction Sawn joint groove(using diamond studded blades)2mm wide and 1/3 depth of the Cement Concrete Pavement. These grooves shall be cut when the concrete is greenish
