REPAIR and MAINTENANCE OF GARDEN STREET LIGHT FOR ROSE FESTIVAL 2026 UNDER ELECTRICAL SUB DIVISION NO.2, M.C.,CHANDIGARH

Painting of cemented bollard with white snowcem and Grey Paint or approved paint. The work shall be exectued to the entire satsifaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Minor Repair of Cemented Bollard with snowcem complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Repair and Installation of Glowing Board of the shape of Rose. The job includes repair of LED light in the pattern of rose on the base plate including replacement of faulty driver and fixing the structure in the Rose Garden by digging inside the ground. The work should be done to the entire satisfaction of the Engg. in charge.

Providing and fixing danger sticker of 5.5'x5.5'of suitable size as per requirement at site and with inscription of "DANGER" and danger sign in red & yellow colour or as directed by EIC.The job includes cost of labour and other petty material required to complete the job to the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Supply and erection of Junction Box cover of fibre sheet of suitable size on existing octagonal pole/ bollard/ street light pole. The fibre cover shall be installed on existing junction box with the help of screw. The job includes the cost of all labour charges and other petty material,nut & bolts required to complete the job upto entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

P/F LED lamp 9 watt screw/pin type lamp in the bollard and making connection of make - Bajaj/Havells/ Wipro/ Philips. And work should be executed as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

P/F LED lamp 30 watt screw/pin type lamp in the globe light at a height of 4 mtr and making connection of make - Bajaj/Havells/ Wipro/ Philips. And work should be executed as per the entire satisfaction of Engineer in charge.

Painting of pedestal with P.O. red paint complete in all respect and bonding to the existing earth etc. and platform of cement concrete 1:2:4 around the pillar box . The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

PAINTING & NUMBERING OF POLES 4.5 Mtr. LONG:- Painting of poles above ground level with two coats of Al paint of Nerolec/Asian/ICI duly approved by the Engineer-in-charge. The pole surface should be cleaned well by removing dust/rust & other depositions Numbering on the pole be done on two sides on each pole with yellow and the number should be written in black letters of 3” in length.The Cement collar around the pole should be painted with two coats of good quality white colored snowcem. The job shall be completed to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge

Dismantling of existing damaged/broken old CC Collars along with junction box and wire etc. and other material complete in all respect to the satisfaction of Engg-in-charge. The contractor shall handover the dismantled unserviceable material to the J.E.-in-charge at central store in proper form duly accounted or the same may be considered as recovery/ buyback as per conditions of DNIT. The cost includes the disposal of malba from site to suitable nearby dumping place .

Providing and fixing of Pedestal Cover of size 1200x900x350 mm (16 SWG Sheet) with hinges, Paint 2 coat with powder coating , Fabrication, Welding & labour at site All T&P as required to the best satisfaction to the Engineer in-Charge.

Supply and laying of insulated 2 core x 10mm2 aluminium multi conductor twin core flat unarmoured cable to fixed on the suitable clamps and nuts /bolts etc make finolex/ lapp/ polycab/ havell's or its equivalent of ISI marked. The work shall be executed to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing brass batten/ angle holder of Pin type/ Screw type ISI marked including connection etc. as required. DSR 1.34

Supplying and drawing following sizes of FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in the existing surface/ recessed steel/ PVC conduit as required. 1 x 1.5 sq. mm DSR 1.17.1

S/E of Collars of CC Collars including following:- a) The box shall be enclosed in a cement collar made form cement concrete 1:2:4 with outside dia. 16”. b) The collar shall be embedded in the ground up to 6” shall stand 9” above ground shall have housed 10” high SMC Box and 6” top over the box. c) The collar shall be provided with 2 PVC Pipes of 40mm dia. and 45cm long to facilitate entry of cables in the Jn.Box. d)n The collar shall be plastered properly finished, curing and painted with 2 coats of snowcem of superior quality. (e) Providing and Fing Junction box of size 250x200x100mm inside dimensions of thermosetting sheet moulding compound material of robust construction with double hinge, side clamp locking arrangement, provision for MCB/Kit installatin provision alongwith connector strip of 30 amps rating suitable for minimum 4x16 sq.mm aluminium cable termination. The junction box should have two numbers PVC Glands with sufficient space for cable entry and loose wires complete in all respect to the best satisfaction of Engg.in.charge.
