Amount

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons, risers of steps, skirting, dado etc., laid bedded and pointed in any mortar mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Roughninig surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular), area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in floors etc, laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 05 above but as in skirting / dados etc. including backing coat 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, complete all as specified.

M & L for providing PCC (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) , 25mm thick as in levelling course, as in sub base of floors and pavings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid Ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm,in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed of CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles in vertical surfaces using size of tiles 300x450x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match with colour of tile with and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM (1:3), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18mm thick granite slab (of any type), work (table rubbed and ploished) in cooking platform, window cills / jambs etc laid bedded over 15 mm thick CM (1:4) bedding & pointed in white / coloured cement to match coloured tiles including grinding and mirror polishing complete. (Note : Colour of granite shall be as approved by Engr-in-Charge)

Dismantling of structural steel of any description not otherwise provided for all a specified.

M&L for stainless steel hollow sections circular/square/rectangular in shape and any size and thickness, grade AISI-316 type (Austenitic anti-corrosive in nature) as in railings/grills/designer work including post top cap, bottom plate, cutting, bending, seamless welding and fixed in any type of location complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames), area exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4.0 Sqm each

S&F solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. square tube as per specification & drawing, fixed in opening complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC moulded door shutter with particle board core, 28 to 30mm thick (style), with 2, 4, or 6 raised panel design with 2mm thick moulded prelaminated PVC sheet on the front face & 2mm plain colour PVC sheet on back face as per specification & drawing fixed to door frame complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in butt hinges, extruded aluminium alloy with galvanised mild steel hinge pin, anodised of hinges 100 mm type B-21 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in extruded aluminium alloy handle fabricated type, anodised, each 150mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 150mm long aluminium anodised, barrel tower bolts of extruded section complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F bib tap, brass, 15mm dia, long body with flange cast copper alloy chromium plated, fancy type, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed. S&F kitchen sink with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick with plugs, washers and wastes, including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm, fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F plate rack of stainless steel of size 24"x30"x10" (750x600x250mm) with steel shelves & hanging arrangements for utensils complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: PRAYAG Cat No. P-330 or equivalent in JAQUAR/PARRYWARE
