Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Sand Filling in Foundation below Box Culvert base as per Drawing & Technical specification.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M25 using batching plant & Concrete pump.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M30 using batching plant & Concrete pump.

Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. PCC Grade M20 using batching plant transit mixer & Concrete Pump

Supplying, Fitting and Placing un-coated HYSD bar Reinforcement in Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications.

Providing weep holes in Brick masonry/Plain/ Reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall/ return wall with 100 mm dia AC pipe, extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1V :20H towards drawing foce. Complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications

Boring with 100 mm dia casing pipe for dewatering including cost of pipes , other materials, labour charges etc. complete.

Running of 5HP pump for dewatring including arrangement of pump suction and delivery pipes and others accessories ar site including cost of POL

Providing and laying of Filter media with granular materials/stone crushed aggregates satisfying the requirements laid down in clause 2504.2.2. of MoRTH specifications to a thickness of not less than 600 mm with smaller size towards the soil and bigger size towards the wall and provided over the entire surface behind abutment, wing wall and return wall to the full height compacted to a firm condition complete as per drawing and Technical Specification.

Providing and laying boulder apron for bed protection with stone boulders of minimum size and weight as per Table 1300.1, no fragment weighing less than 40 kg laid dry complete as per drawing and MORD specifications Clause 1301

Providing and laying pitching on slopes laid over prepared filter media as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 1302

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5 m, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 (carted 1km)

Cement Treated Subbase (GSB Stablised) with 2.00% cement Treated Providing, laying, spreading Material on prepared sub grade by adding cement @ 2% by weight of the spread Material manually by mixing in place with rotavator compacting with vi roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of subbase.

Cement Treated WBM Gr-III (WBM Stablised) with 4.00% cement Treated Providing, laying and spreading Material on prepared sub base adding cement @ 4% by weight of the spread Material manually by mixing in place with rotavator compacting with road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and form a layer of base.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen VG10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per MORD Specification Clause 503.

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen VG 10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type C as per MORD Specification Clause 508.

Providing and laying seal coat sealing the voids in a bituminous VG10 surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C as per MORD Specification Clause 510

Construction of subgrade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of Table 300.2 with lead upto 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 303.1. (carted 1km)

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of table 300-2.

Laying Reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/prestressed concrete pipe for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 but excluding excavation, protection works, backfilling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets . (1000mm dia)

Brick soiling with straight overburnt brick laid on edge including preparation of subgrade to prescribed camber ard including supply of briks, fillingjoints, with local earth spreading blinding coats I cm. (3/8") deep of local earth of P.L 5 to 7 or sand over the entire surface & including labour and T&P etc. requted for proper completion of work. PWD 762b
