Banker Details

Satisfactorily completed minimum of two contracts as prime contract of similar work in last three years.

The bidder should be a manufacturer /Contractor/ Supplier/Authorized by the manufacturer or Franchisee of manufacturer or Similar to the type specified in the schedule of requirements which shall be in successful operation for at least 3 years as on the date of bid opening.

Documents in respect of achievement of turnover at least in 2 Financial years out of last 3 years. Each years a Minimum each year financial turnover not less than Rs. 20.00 Lakhs

Reports on financial standing of the bidder such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets and auditors report of the past three years etc.,

GST registration certificate, also certificates related to work & PAN No details to be Attached.

The Bidder shall furnish the compliance report against scope of work mentioned in the tender. Deviation if any shall be clearly mentioned.

The Bidder shall furnish the site visited acknowledgment letter received from the Unit Head of the Department
