Railway reserves the right to procure bulk/full quantity only from proven sources with satisfactory past performance for supply of the tendered item to any Zonal Railway/PUs. For proof of past performance Tenderers must upload copies of Purchase Order, Inspection Certificate and Receipt Note / Certificate. Failure to upload/attach these documents will render the offer invalid, and it will be summarily ignored. No back reference or correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Warranty will be as per IRS terms and Condition i,e 30 months or as per specification whichever is higher.

Railways prefers free delivery by Road at Consignee end i.e Door delivery basis.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

Inspection by consignee after receipt of material along with manufacturer's test certificate at AMM/ROHS/BNDM.

I/We also confirm that Rates & Other financial terms, delivery terms & inspection terms quoted in relevant column of respective bid will only the ruling terms for acceptance. Such terms quoted any where else should be ignored.
