It also includes making good the dismantled area all as per the directions of Engineer in - charge.

Providing Spriral staircase with precast radial steps of Trapezoidal Shape with rise of 75cmx35cm x22cm and hallow circular rings 22cm depth 34cm internal dia and 45cm external dia RCC 1:1.5:3 including finishing the exposed surface with cm 1:3-6mm thick. The hallow space of the ring should be filled witj RCC 1:1.5:3 the hand rail shall be 100cm Height 7.5 cm thick in RCC finished 1:1.5:3 with chichen mesh. The exposed surface of the steps shall be finished with Apex ultima paint of two or more coats including with priming coat. The cost including shuttering , scoffolding and curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement , landing slab and connecting beamwhich will be seperately and all as per Engineer in charge.
