Providing and fixing non-corrosive Engineering plastic moulded clamp saddle with stainless 304 threaded metal inserted for tapping outlet suiting for ½" clear bore with SS 304 wide strap with elastometric insulation for proper grip around the DI pipe with SS 304 suitable bolts & nuts saddle to have sealing rubber SBR grade 30 o-ring around shall as detailed in the drawing furnished. The rate includes all labour charges for fixing bracket etc., complete as per instructions of Engineer-in-charge. Size 150x25mm dia (¾")

Providing, laying and jointing MDPE (PN 16) pipe PE 80 as per ISO 4427 as per BS 6920 over and above initial 1m length including transportation to the site, lowering to the trenches, laying to the proper grade and alignment etc., complete all as per specification - 25mm outer dia.

Providing house service connection for each house from the newly laid distribution grid with 25mm dia (OD) PN16, MDPE blue pipe PE 80 as per ISO 4427 Rev.I & tested as per BS 6920 upto 1.00Rm length initially with 90 degree compression elbow as per ISO 14236 and polypropylene male & female thread metal insert (SS 304) of ISO 14236. The cost include connection charges for making drilling holes and providing specials as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Connecting the newly laid house service connection from the newly laid distribution grid to the existing service connection of each house with 25mm dia ASTM pipe having length more than 0m and upto 1m. The cost includes dismantling the existing service pipe, plastering brick work wherever necessary and providing ASTM pipe and specials required including the labour charges for completing the connection. It also includes making good the dismantled area all as per the directions of Engineer in - charge.

The cost includes dismantling the existing service pipe, plastering brick work wherever necessary and providing ASTM pipe and specials required including the labour charges for completing the connection. Connecting the newly laid house service from the newly laid distribution grid to the existing service connection of each house with 25mm dia ASTM pipe having length 0m and upto 4m. The cost includes dismantling the existing service pipe, Plastering, brick work wherever necessary and providing ASTM pipe and specials required including the labour charges for completing the connection. It also includes making good the dismantled area, all as per the direction of Enginner-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing of 20mm size stainless steel flow control valve with outer threaded ends, Operable pressure from 1mtr. Head with flow range 5LPM - 15LPM

Providing and fixing in position UPVC moulded endcap (Finolex/jain) (1 Mpa) conforming to IS 7834 part II and ISI marked, including labour charges for jointing. Jointing materials etc, complete - 20mm dia.

Providing Spriral staircase with precast radial steps of Trapezoidal Shape with rise of 75cmx35cm x22cm and hallow circular rings 22cm depth 34cm internal dia and 45cm external dia RCC 1:1.5:3 including finishing the exposed surface with cm 1:3-6mm thick. The hallow space of the ring should be filled witj RCC 1:1.5:3 the hand rail shall be 100cm Height 7.5 cm thick in RCC finished 1:1.5:3 with chichen mesh. The exposed surface of the steps shall be finished with Apex ultima paint of two or more coats including with priming coat. The cost including shuttering , scoffolding and curing etc. complete but excluding the cost of reinforcement , landing slab and connecting beamwhich will be seperately and all as per Engineer in charge.
