Conveying & carrying out the surplus excavated earth/debris by mechanical means upto 1 km lead over a initial lead, disposing and leveling at places shown etc to the required level and grade and as per the instructions of Engineer in charge.
Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m.
Formation / Ploughing the existing sub base to a depth of up to 15 cm and proof rolling the same surface with 8/10 tonne power roller to achieve proper consolidation including watering etc. complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.
Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stones aggregate(range 53 mm to 0.075mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specifications including pre mixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed materials by tipper to site for all leads & lifts laying in uniform layers (each layer shall not be more than 150 mm thick) with mechanical paver finisher in sub base/ Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory rollers of 8 to 10 tonnes capacity to achieve the desired density etc complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC. Measurement shall be made for compacted thickness.
Providing and applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion with Rapid Setting conforming to IS:8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface & cleaning with mechanical broom etc complete as per specifications and as directed by EIC.
On wet mix macadam (WMM) @ 0.4kg/sqm
On bituminous surface @ 0.25kg/sqm
Providing and laying of Bituminous Macadam using crushed coarse aggregates of specified grading pre-mixed with bituminous binder using bitumen not lesser than 3.5% by weight of total mix laid to camber, level, slope etc. including transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finish with electronic sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction in all respect with VG30 grade bitumen, waste plastic @ 6% to 8% of the weight of the Bitumen shall be used and quantity of bitumen may be reduced based on the approved design mix requirements using dry process etc as per drawings, specification and as directed by EIC.
Providing & laying Seal coat of 6 mm thick with premixed fine aggregate (passing 4.75 mm & retained on 180 micron sieve) using 128 Kgs of bitumen of grade VG10 per cum of fine aggregate & 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface including rolling & finishing with road roller of minimum 8 to 10 tone capacity etc as per drawings, specification and as directed by EIC.
Providing and laying Bituminous concrete with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 3% (percentage by weight of Aggregate) and waste plastic additive @ 6% to 8% (percentage by weight of bitumen) prepared in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of suaitable capacity using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired compaction and density as per specification, complete and as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retroreflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including necessary formwork machine mixing, transporting, placing in position consolidation, finishing, curing etc complete as per specifications.
Providing and laying size stone masonry in cm 1:6 in foundation / Retaining wall /drain wall and in superstructure including rough dressing and providing bond stones in each course at 2 M apart including cost of materials, labour, curing, scaffolding complete at all leads & lifts as per specifications and direction of EIC.
Providing cement mortar pointing to pitching works / stone masonry with C.M.1:3, 25mm deep including racking out joints, pointing neatly & finishing the joints as specified, curing, scaffolding etc at all leads & lifts etc complete all leads & lifts as per specifications & instructions of EIC.
Laying of dry stone pitching using available granite stones which includes preparation of surface, setting the stones to the proper slopes, filling gaps in between with earth/murrum in rip-rap manner, removing the damaged pitching etc. complete as per specifications & instructions of EIC. (Stone shall be supplied by department free of cost )
Providing and constructing precast concrete solid block masonry using the block size 40 x 20 x 20 cms of approved make RKB, QCON or equivalent confirming to IS 2185 - 1965 of compressive strength not less than 5 N/mm2 with cement mortar 1:4 in substructure / superstructure including cost of materials, labour charges, scaffolding, curing including cost of materials, labour, curing complete as per specifications and direction of EIC.
Providing and laying Cement plaster of 6mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 over exposed concrete surface at all heights and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing, scaffolding etc. complete at all leads & lifts as per specifications, drawings instructions of the Engineer Incharge.
Providing and laying Cement plaster of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 over exposed solid block masonry / concrete surface at all heights and locations including scaffolding, preparing the surfaces, finishing and rendering with sponge to correct line, level and plumb, curing, scaffolding etc. complete at all leads & lifts as per specifications, drawings instructions of the Engineer Incharge.
Providing fixing lowering & laying factory made RCC spun hume pipes (class NP2 of ISI) with necessary collars, jointing with hemp yarn & cement mortar 1:1 including embedding in walls, beams, floors etc. caulking the joints, curing, finishing, aligning to proper level etc., complete as specified at all lifts, excavation and PCC bedding and encasing if specified shall be paid under relevant items.
