• ? Experience & Similar Work Experience: The bidder must have a minimum of 5 (Five) years of experience in running or managing institutional/commercial Gym complexes, clubs, or turfs, and must have successfully operated or managed at least one such Gym complex or similar facility for at least one full year (12 months continuous duration) during the last three years.
• ? Financial Standing: Average annual turnover of at least ?25 Lakhs over the last 3 financial years, certified by a Chartered Accountant. Provisional audit reports are not allowed.
• ? Statutory Registrations: Valid GSTIN, PAN card, Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) registration, and Employee State Insurance (ESIC) certification.
• ? Site Visit Certificate: Submission of self-declaration of site visit shall be mandatory.
• ? Non-Blacklisting Declaration: The bidder should not have been blacklisted or debarred by any Government Department, PSU, or Autonomous Body.

Financial Bid Declarations:
1. I/We understand that the contract will be awarded to the technically qualified bidder who quotes the Highest Monthly Fixed Rent (H1 Model).
2. I/We agree that the accepted H1 monthly rent shall automatically undergo a 5% compounding escalation at the completion of every 12 months.
3. All applicable GST and other statutory taxes will be borne by us over and above the quoted rent.
