DESK FRAME: The Complete MS section to be powder coated in approved EP based high gloss colour& shade. Vertical supporting pipe is to be made of 80*30 mm elliptical shape pipe with 2.0 mm wall thicknes to be connected with 50*50*1.6mm horizontal supporting pipe and 1.2mm thick modesty. Front of the seat, perforated curved modesty with both side of vertical pipes. 20*20*1.6mm square pipe to be used for strengthening the border of modesty. the front row have full MS modesty panel. 25*3mm MS angle shall be used for top supporting. which shall be connected, one part with the table top and another from modesty border pipe. All arrangement to be connected with zinc coated rust free 6.0 mm fastener and bolt. All steel structural components shall be processed and made from virgin material sourced from SAIL/Tata Steel/Jindal or equivalent Manufacturer. SEAT FRAME: Seat frame shall be made from 80*30 mm elliptical shape pipe with 2.0mm wall thickness supported in seat frame Border of modesty pipe made out of 20*20*1.6mm square shape. Seat frame mounting pedestal to be used like a desk frame. Seat shall be mounted on 22.0mm dia. & 1.6mm thick pipe.. All steel structural components shall be processed and made from virgin material sourced from SAIL/Tata Steel/ Jindal or equivalentmanufacturer.

Table top height shall be 750 mm from floor level. Top bottom face to be screwed with top supporting angle. Rest all size as per sample available at site/layout. BENCH SEAT : Seat height shall be as per sample available at site/layout. Desktop to be made of 25 mm thick commercial ply with 1.0 mm thick laminate and all the four side covered with Rehau make 2.0mm thick pvc edge beading of the same colour. Seat shall be screwed with the seat supporting pipe of size 25*1.6mm. Rest of sizes as per layout/sample available at site. WOODEN : Ply board and Laminate shall be sourced from reputed manufacturers like - Greenlam, marino or its equivalent duly treated with anti termitetreatment. BASKET : Basket shall be Made of 6mm thick Mild steel rod, making a curved basket, connected with the 50*50 mm square pipe support. FIXING :Fixing at site to be done with metal dash fasteners of 100*08 mm size grouted with approved quality chemical filter compound such as Hilti or equivalent complete as per the direction of the Engineer incharge. Pedestal made of pressed steel base and shall be ribbed with 2 counters sunk holes for floor fixing. Apart from above, all specification will be as per approved sample available at site. All bidders ensure that quoted rates and other information should be as per available sample and no variation will be acceptable from the same. Any difference in specifications in above specification and sample available at site, the specifications as per approvad sample available at site will be applicable.
