Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth and getting in any type of soil for laying of cables/ for erection of poles/ for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Boaring/ drilling (horizontally ) of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine or manually including HDPE pipe of 80 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure and including GI tubing 50 mm dia light grade. all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge..

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Supply & laying unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type I flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40 mm.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 80mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item here-in-before but of size 40mm bore.

Supply & fixing in replacement of LT PVC insulated, heavy duty aluminium conductor multi stranded, served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape underground cable of 16 Sqmm, 2 core in trenches or fixed on pole/wall or drawn through pipes including suitable size Lugs & Glands etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item here-in-before but of size 16 Sqmm, 4 core

Supply & fixing in replacement of LT PVC insulated strip armoured multi stranded aluminium underground cable of 25 Sqmm, 4 core in trenches or fixed on pole/wall or drawn through pipes including suitable size of Lugs & Glands etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for 50 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishing even and smooth with using extra cement and making impression of expanded metal, whilst concrete is green over 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) with and including to make the surface making good as per existing surface etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge.

M&L for surface excavation over the areas around the poles/feeder piller boxes/ sub stations not exceeding 15cm depth including cleaning the bushes and vegetation and leveling incl removal of surplus soil in hard/ dense soil.

Supply and fix in replacement of rigid PVC conduite 'medium grade' of size not less than 25 mm bore incl fittings, ISI marked, fixing with PCC pole/ steel tubular pole for wiring connection from pole box to light fitting and supporting with 03 Nos GI strip clamp, nut bolt and complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and connect PVC insulated, PVC Sheathed flat three core cable with stranded copper conductor of size 2.5 sqmm wire complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make: Finolex/ Polycab/ Havells

Supply, fixing ( in replacement ), of LT Panel cubical types,connecting to electrical system & testing for out door use, made out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet CPRI approved factory made, totaly enclosed of size not less than 900x600x400mm & mounted on angle from frame of size 50x 50 x6mm duly grouted in ground using PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete, duly painted with two coats of powder coated paint over one coat of red oxide primer effectively PVC gaket & sealed for vermi proof and dust proof double door type with locking arragement with handle at front and openable at front &back both side with required hinges heavy duty, compartemtalised suitably including provision for tapping incoming & outgoing electric connections with suitable size of aluminium lugs glands and comprising of the following accessories :-

(a) High conductivity aluminium busbar of size - 600mm x 50mm x 8 mm) 4 Nos TPN of 400 amps rating (RYB) for phase and 1 No for neutral mounted on DMC support with heat shrink sleeve-1 Set. , (b) Phase indication lamp, LED type (set of 3) (c) MCCB 4 Pole 350 Amp 415 volt ,36 KA breaking capacity microprocessure based - 01 Nos Note : Drawing will be approved by accepting officer before placing order to manufacture.

Disconnecting and taking out existing MS/PVC/Fibre boxes of any type and in any position on poles or fixed in the plinth and supplying and fixing in position new PVC (Sinthetic) boxes of size 250mm X 200mm X 105mm depth, made out with Sinthetic. including one No. MCB SP , 16 Amps and one No MCB TPN 63 Amps ‘C’ series of Make Legrand/L&T/ Siemens and connections to cables with using suitable GI nut, bolts and washers and aluminum lugs etc fixed on pole using 30x5 mm GI clamps, nuts, bolts & washers etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Note :- (i). The contractor's quoted rates for the above items are deemed to include for fixing the Sinthetic box in position with suitable MS clamps and/or necessary PCC as per site requirement. (ii) Rate quoted is deemed to be included provn of one No. MCB SP and one No. MCB TPN of capacity as above.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron or steel earth lead strip 32x6 mm size upto 7.5 mtr long in single length by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate no 5 of SSR part I including necessary excavation in hard/dense soil and earth work GI pipe 20mm dia mediumj grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to LT panel board as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.
