SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-I

Notes for serial item No. 1 to 6 of BOQ :- (i) Operation and maintenance of Pump house / STP shall be carried out in different locations as specified in item. (ii) All shifts will be run as specified in items. (iii) Contractor shall make such arrangement that employed FGM may easily approach to JE/Engineer-in-charge in case of any emergency. (iv) Contractor shall make such arrangement i.e. attendance register, complaint register, same uniform of FGM with name embossed etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (v) Contractor will provide Technical person should have passed the ITI / NCVT certificate in requisite trade with 02 years experience of particular field and cost shall be deemed to be included in unit quoted rates. The contractor is required to submit the ITI Pass certificate / experience certificate of all the employees to the Engineer-in-charge as desired to deploy on the installations. (vi) Daily cleaning of all machinery items and installations area inside and outside including fittings, fixtures, open pipeline etc. (vii) Check daily pumpset glands, alignment, nuts, bolts, washers, electric connections and repair or replace as required at site and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & GE. (viii) Materials listed in Schedule ‘B’ required to attend daily maintenance shall be issued by the department free of cost under Sch ‘B’ and old retrieved material except consumable stores shall be the Govt property. (ix)All types of T&P including digging tools required for day to day requirement shall be provided by contractor and all workers shall report to AGE E/M office daily with tools. (x) In case of any defects developed in pump house/STP, decision of Engineer-in-Charge shall be final and binding on account of mishandling or inappropriate running by FGM. The contractor shall be liable to repair and make the Pump/STP serviceable at his own cost.

Notes for serial item No. 1 to 6 of BOQ :- (xi) If FGM found absent from duty than a penalty @ Rs. 1000/- per person per shift shall be imposed on the contractor and recovered from his payment. In addition to this, no payment shall be made for said period for operation. (xii) The contractor shall arrnage attendance record be maintained. All payment shall be released to contractor as per attandance record. (xiii) Wages to FGM shall be paid through e-payment /digital payment mode. (xiv) The bidder is required to quote basic rate for skilled worker in 'C' area, employer’s contribution towards Employees Provident Fund (EPF) liability, contribution towards Employees State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), contribution towards bonus, overhead and profit and Labour Welfare Cess (LWC) separately, as applicable depending upon the manpower requirement. The rates quoted shall be inclusive of all taxes, levies as applicable including GST. (xv) At the time of bid evaluation, Accepting Officer shall ascertain the corresponding minimum wages, rates and contribution as mentioned above as per prevailing notifications and decide the reasonability of finance bid of all the bidders. Any quoted rates which corresponds to / works out to lower than the corresponding prevailing minimum rates of wages/subscription/contribution towards EPF, ESIC, Bonus and LWC shall be treated as non bonafide and such bid shall not be considered for acceptance. The prevailing rate / wage / contribution shall be as applicable on the bid submission end date. (xvi) The quoted rate against bonus shall be considered for payment on actual basis. The amount of contribution towards bonus shall be payable to the contractor only after submission of valid and authentic document in support of having paid the requisite amount of bonus to the workmen, i.e. proof of payment. Similarly items of ‘Contribution towards EPF’ and ‘Contribution towards ESIC’ shall also be payable after submission of valid & authentic document in support of proof of payment.

(a) Submersible pumpset 7.5 / 5 HP - 04 Sets (b) Chloronomes Plant with gas cylinder – 04 No. (c) Electric LT Panel complete - 04 Nos. (d) DG Set 25 KVA with change over switch - 03 No. (e) Pump Set 20 HP - 08 Nos. (f) Under ground sump - 04 Nos.

SCHEDULE 'A' SECTION-II

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m depth, or n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundations of poles, struts, stays etc. or laying underground cable and water supply / sewage pipe line etc. in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for strip opening centrifugal pump set of capacity 20 HP Capacity after disconnecting electrical connections, transportation to workshop for repair, dismantling the pump set for detection of repair such as rewinding of motor, replacement of iron stainer, bronze impeller, gun metal bushes stainless steel sleeve, impeller key, thrust bearing, replacement of unserviceable nut-bolts, washer, lugs, terminal plate, water hose pipe etc and lathe work / turning, grinding etc on shaft and shaft key way as required including greasing / oiling and reassembling, lowering in well in its original position, making proper electrical connections, commissioning & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : - (i) Cost for transportaion to workshop and carry back to site after repair is inlcuded in the unit rate of item nothing extra shall be paid on this acount. (ii) Rewinding of submersible motor, Iron stainer, bronze impeller, gun metal bushes stainless steel sleeve, impeller key and thrust bearing if required for replacement shall be paid separetly against respective items of BOQ as "Supply only". (iii) Lathe work and grinding of shaft if required shall be paid separately against respective items of BOQ. (iv) Cost of new nuts, bolts, washers, lugs, water check knob, flexible hose for gland and terminal plate required to be replaced is included in the unit rate of this item nothing extra shall be paid on this account.

S&F in replacement of mechanical joint with rubber gasket suitable for 100/80mm bore pipe including excavation work and other fittings such as nut bolts, rubber joints etc required including testing at site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for taking out 80mm bore sluice valve from the pipe network, draining the system as required, refacing, regrinding and replacement of gun metal nut, threading, welding work, finishing work as required to make smooth funtioning and refixing in the same position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :- Excavation & earthwork including dewatering etc required for the job is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

M&L for taking out 80 / 100 / 150mm bore non return valve from the water pipe line and replacement with new synthetic leather seat best quality of suitable size, finishing work as required to make smooth funtioning and refixing in the same position, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of excavated soil/ material to a distance not exc 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Note :- A sum of Rs. 25236/- will be deducted on account of credit for dismantled/ demolished / taken down material.
