Location Med Division(G+1)Note:-Item No 1to 31 : The maintenance certificate duly signed by contractor and concerned Engineer-in-Charg for the lift every month, the lift mechanic to collect the complaint register daily and on completion/rectification of comlaint the register will be updated and signed. Contractor should provide one Skilled Lift mechanic and one helper for 24 Hrs in cycle. If any lift gets struck/block/U/S at site, within 10 min the lift mechanic should attend the complaint and the complaint to be resolved without any further delay. Incase the problem could not be solved the matter to be informed to the contractor as well as to the MES authorities. Further if the Contractor failed to provide Skilled Lift Mechanic and helper at the time of any Lift Complaint a recovery @of Rs.300/- per hour wef the time of lodging the complaint till completion of 24 hrs will be recovered from the Contractors dues. Also in case of any Lift gets repair for want of Spares the Contractor should provide the spare parts in time or with in 24 hours the Lift should be made serviceable failing which a sum @ of Rs.500/- per hour wef the time after 24 hours shall be recovered from the Contractors dues being hospital priority. The Contractor should keep all the spare parts intact for the above mentioned Lifts in the Lift Rooms.

Carrying out Annual Inspection of lift by government lift inspector for worthiness certificate during the currency of contract agreement within due dates including load testing as per lift act and submitting the worthness certificate all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the lift as per schedule for Sl No10 to 12, 15, 16 and 23 to 31

Carrying out inspection of lift by government lift inspector for Renewal of lift licence as per lift act and submitting the worthness certificate all as directed by Engineer-in-charge for the lift as per schedule for Sl No1 to 9, 13,14 and 17 to 22.

M & L for Spray painting the lift with colour coding as per site required of any capacity from Up to Ground +6 floor rangingafter preparation of rough unequal surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (as per guidelines of Engineer in charge) over a coat of primer on old steel surafces and floor wise number marking in front of lift in each floor all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable hoisting motor of 10 HP capacity 3 phase, 440 volts from site and carrying out rewinding, changing bearing and all connected parts etc including transporting the motor to the workshop and back and fixing to its original position all as specified and directed

S &F ARD system in case of mains power failure and Lift control system failure, the Lift’s own rechargeable and maintenance free battery power shall move the car to the nearest floor and the door shall open automatically for automatic rescue of passengers. A battery run-down indicator shall be providedcomplete with Battery 12 volts and battery charger and make the system functional all as specified and directed.
