Maintenance of Garden between switchyard & Transformer Yard, Garden adjacent to clarified water tank, Mango Garden in front of Fire Building (Area 28000 Sq.M.)

Park around cooling tower Unit-I, area at 132 KV Station etc. (Area 37000 Sq. M.)

Park at Cooling Tower, Unit-II along with park between cooling tower Unit-I & Unit-II (Area 35970 Sq. M.)

Park between CW Pump House & Admin Building (Area 12000 Sq.M)

Park from main gate to fire station building and upto service building on both side of main road (Area 14000 Sq.M.)

Park near CMB and around clarifiers (Area 32000 Sq.M.)

Parks in front of Canteen, adjacent to service building on both sides, in front of CW Pump House, front & adjacent park to Admin Building towards fire station, area near chimney in front of TAC Building, Area 18000 Sq.M.

Park near ESP 1& 2, Park at Raw Water Pump House, Park at Fire Station to Plant Gate (Colony Side) Area 19275 Sq.M.

Maintenance of flower pots inside Admin building and Service building and providing of new flower pots if any gets damaged during the period of AMC

Operation and Minor maintenance of sprinkler system at RGTPP

Hedge cutting, ficus cutting & tree trimming

Sweeping in the lawn area

Supervisor for maintaining all works mentioned in this under this NIT

Hiring of One No. Tractor Tanker including Tractor Driver, for watering the existing plants along periphery road & at any other area within the plant including cost of Driver, Fuel, Maintenance, PVC Pipe for watering in plant area for minimum 240 working hour in a Month as per the direction of the Er-in-Charge.

Providing & maintaining the T&P described as under: a) no. Power driven lawn movers of capacity 1500 W or more (cabinet type) preferably cylindrical of make Falcon, Bosch, JSP only b) no. Electric brush cutters 1000 W or more of make Falcon, Bosch, LEO only c) 2 no. Electric hedge cutter 600 W or more of make Falcon, Bosch, LEO only d) Power driven Tree Trimmer-1 No. e) 2 no. Rain guns (dia 1.25 inch minimum) for coverage radius 50 ft. along with stand & Hose pipes 2 inch dia, 100 ft. length f) All the other requisite general T&P like Manual Scissors, Kassi, Dranti, Khurpi, water pipes,10 no. sprinklers and other miscellaneous items in sufficient quantity.

Providing & planting seasonal flower plants / ornamental plants for earth/flower pots of min. 1.0 meter. height in RGTPP & other areas including digging of holes manuring, pesticiding, watering and maintaining the same for one year (100% survival of plants is required) as per the direction of Er.-in-Charge.

Hiring of Tractor along with Trolley & Shrub Master/ Tiller/ Harrow/ rotavator with Driver & fuel for cutting of wild growth &Sarkanda etc. in open areas at RGTPP, Khedar
