Taking out unserviceable LT feeder pillar box (Busbar Chamber Box) any type, any size and Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of LT out door type factory made (CPRI Approved ), feeder pilor box (Busbar Chamber Box) of size 750mmX600mmX500mm (over all dimension ) with mild steel angle iron of size 50X50X6mm vertical frame and legs with mild steel Angel iron 50x50X6 mm in horizontal sides of the frame LT feeder pilor box (Busbar Chamber Box), outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 volts 3 phase 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system, The feeder pilor bax shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA sheet and 50x50x6 mm thick angle iron frame work, powder coated pure polyester finish RAL 7032 SIEMENS GRAY STRUCTURE after the seven tank surface treatment, front & back opening type door, with aprons for cable entry, and fixing danger notice plate made of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet (2 Nos), vitreous enamelled white of size 20 x 15cm with letter, figures and conventional skull bones in signal red colour and fixed front & back door pillar box etc with voltage and danger indicated in Hindi and English complete all as specified and directed. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, ingress protection class ( IP-65 ) and made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet, suitable frame work/ support made out of 50 x 50 x 6 mm ), front and rear opening type with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLSH wire of adequate size but not less than 2.5 sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey shade 7035. Cutting of worn-out / burnt aluminium cable terminal lugs from the LT cable , crimping of new aluminium cable core and fixing with transformer/ Panel MCCB terminal/ FPB/ JB/ pole/DBs/ stud including cutting/ dressing of cable, disconnecting under ground / OH line cable conductor , cutting down worn-out portion and refixing with suitable lugs complete , including under ground cables of any type and size for repairs including taking out underground cable loop from ground and making connections of restoration of electric supply complete all as specified and directed. Taking down of existing mild steel/ CRCA shutters of LT panel and repairing the same by welding and providing 100mm long medium weight mild steel hinges and 65mm size pad lock of make Godrej including painting the surfaces to match with existing and making the shutter operations complete all as specified.
S&F 3.15mm thick mild steel/ CRCA steel shutters of LT panel duly fitted with 100mm long mild steel medium weight butt hinges -02 Nos per leaf duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Taking out cable from MCCB/ bus bar JBs/FPBs/LT panel and removed burnt terminal any size & type and M&L for fix suitable Aluminium lugs (terminal) existing cable incl insulated by insulation tape and fixed to the Same Place complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in-Chage of the following sizes:

Excavation in truches in soft/loose soil n. exc. 1.5 meter wide and n. exc. 1.5 mtr depth and getting out, including trimming the sides and forming bottom surface to required levels for fixing pole/stay assembly and laying/taking out cables complete all as specified and directed.
Returning, filling trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.
Removing of excavated material (soil) to a distance n. exc. 50 Mtr and dispositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.50 Mtr above the starting point complete as directed.
M & L for Sand cushioning to UG cables (8cm deep before laying of cable and 15 cm deep over the cable). Note :- Punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Note :- Excavation, Earthwork, Sand, Brick and GI pipe will be paid and measured seperatly under respective item of Sch 'A'.
