Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and Preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc.Complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of specified thickness,of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.( 2 mm thick)

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed)having VOC content less than 50 gms/litre, two or more coats on new work of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete as per manufacturer’s specifications

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade, one or more coats on old work.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 meters lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Coarse sand), including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete.(10 mm) size of tiles 1000mm*1000mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)
