Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables, etc. (Not exceeding 1.5mtr in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10sqm on plan, depth up to 1.5mtr including disposal of excavated earth up to 1mtr from cutting edge disposed earth is to be leveled and neatly dressed in . i) All kind of soil.

Providing and Fixing of HDPE pipes complete with G.I Fittings excluding trenches and refilling etc. a) 50mmØ

Filling of available excavated earth in trenches, plinth, and side of foundation etc. lead up to 50mtr lift up to 1.5mtr.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work upto plinth level 1:4:8 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) Nallah.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering – All work up to plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Nallah.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses. plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, abutment, posts, struts etc. up to floor five level excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:1½:3 (1 cement: 1½: 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Nallah.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses. plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, abutment, posts, struts etc. up to floor five level excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement 1:2:4 (1 cement2: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) Nallah.

Reinforced cement concrete work in arches, arch ribs, domes, valuts, shells, folded plate and roofs having slope more than 15° upto floor five level excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for (including 20% extra for circular work):- i) Foundations, footings, bases of columns etc. for mass concrete.

ii) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

iii) Arches, domes, valuts up to 6m span.
