Supply, fixing and testing of 70 W LED street Light luminaire made up of Pressure Die Cast aluminum housing IP 66 efficient protection with heat resistant toughened glass with individual LED lenses complete with black epoxy polyester powder coating for long life with excellent illumination and instant light with low temperatures (-10 degree to +50 degree) . The luminaire shall be complete available CCT 6500K, IP66 for Optical Compartment and Control Gear Compartment.The Optical compartment shall be covered with heat resistant toughened glass for safety.The LED street light shall be top maintainable for easy maintenance. LED street Light shall use multiple LEDs to get sufficient light output from the luminaire. The LED street Light shall be of Integral type. The Input voltage range shall be 100 V to 300V. The LED Driver shall be of isolated type with Constant Current Constant Voltage topology to ensure optimum driving of LEDs. The LED street Light shall have power factor more than 0.95 complete all as specified and directed Note for Item No 1 :- a) SMPS based Driver with lower THD (<10 )shall be potted anti-vibration type. b) LM-79 and LM-80 test report with 1 Lakh burning hours SMD LED life from NABL approved lab shall be provided. c) CRI (Colour Rendering Index) of fixture shall be > 70. d) CCT (Colour Co-related Temperature of fixture shall be 5700K + 300 K. e) System Lumen Efficacy shall be > 140 Lm/W. f) 10 KV separate Surge Protection and short circuit and over voltage protection shall be provided as a part of fitting. g) 5 years guarantee shall be provided by contractor supported by OEM certificate covering all parts of luminaire. h) Lenses shall be Modular Type. i) PCB used shall be MC PCB type. j) The defect liability period of LED light shall be 05 years from the certified date of completion & the contractor shall replace/repair the defective fitting within 07 days after handing over to contractor for replacement/repair. k) CA No. shall be written on each fitting before installation. l) The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting. m) The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintenance required,(if any) can be carried out from Top cover.
