S & F Pre-Painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridges/valley gutter, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed. Provision of trenchless bore using mechanical nuematic drilling equipment for passing electric cables through HDPE pipe of 100mm dia under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not less than 1.0 mtr and upto 1.5mtr and making good to the distrubed surfaces of road to match with its existing specifications all as specified and directed by engr-in-charge at site. Note : 1. Quoted rates deems to be inclusing of necessary earth work, transportation charges of Drilling machine, and cost of HDPE pipe and passing pipe through bore complete. 2. Any damage to MES assets caused during trenchless bore shall be recitfied by the contractor at his own cost.

Material and labour in repair for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate 60cmx60cmx6mm thick electrode, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to GI earth strip of 35X6 mm up to test point by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washers of GI including excavation and earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 pit, 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade, watering pipe and 32 mm bore GI pipe, light grade for protection of earth strip, MS angle iron frame 40x40x3mm , 40 mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways and with MS handle made out of 12 mm dia bars, funnel , wire mesh etc complete all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of SSR part-I and connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete.
