REPAIR/MAINT/IMPV OF LT POLE, OVERHEAD CONDUCTOR AND ALLIED EXTERNAL ELECTRIFICATION WORKS AT JALAPAHAR UNDER AGE (I) DARJEELING

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth for foundation. (Laying of under ground cables) and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing excavated material not exc. 50 m & depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above starting point complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out old unserviceable underground cable PVC insulated, PVC sheathed armored heavy duty aluminum conductor LT 1100 v grade UG Cable of any size, wall and trenches etc after disconnecting, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole UG Cable XLPE insulated screened PVC beded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with multi stranded Aluminium conductor , 1100V grade of size 10 sqmm 2 core, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L in replacement of 40mm dia steel tubes (light grade) galvanised with fittings, clamp, nuts, bolta and washers and laid/fix in trenches/wall/pole for protection of underground cable, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and lay in trenches, fixed to wall/pole DWC Pipes (Double Wall Corrugated) of dia. 40mm type 450 (450N) as per IS:16025 Part 24 standard for carrying UG cable, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Off-load Change over switch of capacity 100 Amps 415 Volts 4 Pole, with SS Enclosure, fixing in wall type and making the good distrubed surface complete with all accessories, including taking down of old unserviceable change over switch and reconnecting the cables with proper lugs all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge. Make - LK Cat No. -CO11000OSOO or equivalent model of makes as mentioned in "List of Makes" of Particular Specification of the Tender Documents.

Dismantling/uprooting of steel poles of any size and shape, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws (9 M long) for mounting LED Security light fittings, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:4:8), type D2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:3:6), type C2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc. including necessary use and waste of form work, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in replacement GI bracket made out of 125mm & 40/50mm GI pipe (medium grade) single arm suitable for installation on pole top of 9mtr steel tubular pole for security light/ Street Light and fixing with necessary nut bolts, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Drawing of the bracket is provided in the PS.

M&L for Multistandarded Copper Conductor cable of 3 Core 1.5 Sqmm size drawn through steel tubular poles for interconnection of cable looping box to Street Light Fitting, Post Top Lantern & etc. including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair street light fitting LED type 90 watts with Pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having top opening seperate driver compartment with IP-66 protection and including driver unit etc. including taking down old unserviceable one, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Cat Part No. ENDURASUNBEAMGENXSL90WLED757SASYBOPC of Havells or equivalent model of makes as mentioned in "List of Makes" of Particular Specification of the Tender Documents.

S&F in replacement street light system with min output capacity 175lm/watt consist of SPV module, luminaire , storage cell, control electronics, inter connecting wires/ cables including hardware inbuilt storage cell, inbuilt MPPT charge controller etc. The Luminary slall be consisting of aluminium pressure die cast (PDC) housing with IP 65 protection including taking down old unserviceable solar light of any watt, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make- PHILIPS Cat Part No. BRP710 LED30 CW MR HY FDIM50 SOLAR IN or equivalent model of makes as mentioned in "List of Makes" of Particular Specification of the Tender Documents. all as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 2.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire all as shown in Plate No. 2 to the earthing test point all as specified and indicated including testing on completion, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings nexc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in Repairs/Replacement of MCB single pole, single phase circuit of 6 to 32 Amp, breaking capacity 10 KA, "C" curve, 230V, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for fabricated CECA outdoor junction box (250mm X 200mm X 120mm) powder coated with hinge operated front opening door suitable for cable entry and out upto 16 sqmm four core duly fixed with dinrail and connector/bus bars suitable for 3 phase cable including connection of outgoing MCB for street light etc. incl clamps nut, bolts and washer etc., complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
