Making testing arrangement and submitting the test report for high voltage testing of specified voltage incl. checking & testing of all HT / LT equipments by authorized firm of Directorate of Electricity & commissioning the installation after obtaining the Approval of Directorate of Electricity.The scope shall be also included the necessary approval from Authority also.
Submission of a Sub-station drawing (Computer autocad generated & printed in all sheet quarduplicate) showing H.T & LT cable duct single line power diagrams EI layout system equiment neutral earthing etc. enter plan as per direction and satisfication of E.IC.
Supply & Laying of 11 kV grade 3 core 240 sq.mm. XLPE (E) HT cable with Al. conductor from consumer's gear to transformer to be laid through masonery trench as per direction of EIC. (Make Polycab/Havells/ Gloster/Nicco)[from HT gear to Transformer]
Laying of 1 No. 11KV (E) Grade XLPE Aluminium conductor, PVC sheathed, armoured cable confirming to IS 7098 with latest ammenment of following size in the existing Masonary Open Duct as required as per approved make uploaded herewith.[ From HT Gear and to Transformer]. 3 Core x 240 Sq.mm
Making termination of the 3 core 240 sq.mm. HT cable incl.supply of necy. jointing materials & compound (Heat shrink cable jointing kit of approved make RAY CAM) at switch gear & transformer terminations on H.T. sides incl. testing as per
Supplying and making end termination with Brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for the following sizes of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV Grade as required 3 Core x 240 Sq. mm
Fixing of cable on existing Cable Angle Supports and binding with suitable size GI wire. (1 core 300 sqmm)
Supply & laying of 1.1KV grade 4 core 400 sq.mm. PVC/A AL. cable to be laid through masonary / U.G trench as per G.S. (Three Run) (from Transformer to ACB of sub-station L.T. main panel via D.G,) -(Make Polycab/Havells/ Gloster)
Supply & Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 415V, L.T. CPRI Approved cable trench mounted cubical panel on Brick foundation and net cemented, with required size and shape suitable for existing panel room (Min Dimension 3000mm (L) x 750mm (D) x 2000mm (H)), and made of 2mm thick CRCA steel sheet (consists cable alley, MCCB, AMF & Bus bar) incl. suitable for use in 3rd party SCADA compatible earthernet network, powder coated painting all round, ISMC 100x75mm base frame as per approved design (splited into two parts) CNC frabricated Panel & followed by 9(nine) tank pretreatment of entire enclosure with powder coated finished paint (RAL 7032) having Cu. Bus bar and following equipments & accessories. Protection rank required of the panel in IP 54. Including mechanical & electrical interlocking system complete with all accessories and connecting cables as required.
The panel will have provision for integration with the existing Fire Alarm panel so as to the panel could be switched off during fire occurrance. Control cables wiil be laid up to the fire panel by the agency but connection to the FIRE PANEL will be in fire personnel's scope (By means of SMPS & module). Complete installation work will be done as per direction of EIC & as per site condition with following materials, [Main LT Panel]
Incoming Arrangement : Normal Portion a) 415 V, 1250 A 4(four) pole electrically draw- out type A.C.B. with Microprocessor-based EDO type protection release(Icu=Ics=Icw=50kA for 1sec). (Make – ABB/SIEMENS/Schneider/L-K) ----- 1nos. Emergency Portion a) 415 V, 630 A 4(four) pole MCCB with Microprocessor based release . (Make – ABB/SIEMENS/Schneider/L-K) ----- 1nos b) 415 V, 630 A 4(four) pole MCCB with Microprocessor based release(Make – ABB/SIEMENS/Schneider/L-K) ----- 1nos The Emergency portion both MCCBs will be controlled through AMF Controller with bypass arrangement. Battery Charger Arrangement will be placed at the Panel.Signal and power cable only
Bus bar section : 415V, 1500 Amp capacity 99.9% – 99.5% electrolytic tinned 4 bar copper bus bar [size of flat 100 mm x 10 mm] mounted on non-hygroscopic porcelain insulator / hylum sheet having sufficient di-electric strength duly wrapped with colour PVC tapes (Red, yellow, blue & black) for phases & neutral identification - 1 set.
The busbar is to be rigidly supported on suitable non-hygroscopic insulating materials of robust ration to with stand electromechanical stress in the event of earth fault. All connection to bus to made by suitable SS nuts & bolts. The busbar is too wrapped with coloured PVC (Red. Yellow, Blue & Black) for colour identifications. Bus bar should be distributed in such a way that total loads can be evenly distributed on both sides of LT incomer panels as per direction of EIC.
Outgoing Arrangement : Normal Portion a) 415V 630 A 4P Thermal Release type MCCB with Spreader Link (Make – ABB/SIEMENS/Schneider/L-K) ----- 1 Nos. b) 415V 315 A 4P Thermal Release type MCCB with Spreader Link(Make – ABB/SIEMENS/Schneider/L-K) - 1 nos Emergency Portion a) 415V 315 A 4P Thermal Release type MCCB with Spreader Link (Make – ABB/SIEMENS/Schneider/L-K) ----- 2 Nos. b) 415V 250 A 4P Thermal Release type MCCB with Spreader Link(Make – ABB/SIEMENS/Schneider/L-K) - 1 no c) 415V 160 A 4P Thermal Release type MCCB with Spreader Link(Make – ABB/SIEMENS/Schneider/L-K) - 6 nos
AMF Arrangement : i) 630A, 36kA, 4P, 415V Manual with Motorised version, Thermal cum Magnetic release MCCB, with extended bars both ends (suitable for 800A bus bur connection at outgoing end and 3 Run 4C 400 sqmm XLPE Al cable connection other end), trip alarm contact, 1 C/O auxiliary contact (Make: L-K type D-sign TM DN3) - 2Set. ii) Automatic Source Transfer controller having LCD screen, programmable i/o functions, automatic generator start / stop, controls on UV, OV, phase loss, asymmetry, minimum frequency, maximum frequency, time delay etc as required by EIC. (Make: L&T, model AuXC - 2000) - 1Nos iii) Stored Energy Electrically operated with manually operated MCCB's mechanism suitable to fit above two numbers DN3 type MCCB, with two numbers Auxiliary + trip contact for two MCCBs, mechanical interlock base plate. This two MCCB also electrically interlocked through above noted automatic source transfer controller i.e., AuXC - 2000. (Make: L-K).
iv) The input end of each 630A MCCB must be extended with electrolyte Cu bars 4 x (2 x 50x6 mm) with heat sink cover, SS nut-bolts-washers, each bar individually supported with epoxy insulators minimum two numbers. The Bus length & support should carry 3run 4C x 400sqmm Al, Ar cable termination. a) The combined output end of two 630 A MCCB must be extended with electrolyte Cu bars 4 x (2 x 50x6 mm) with heat sink cover, SS nut-bolts-washers each bar individually supported with epoxy insulators minimum two numbers. The Bus length & support should carry 3 run 4C x 400sqmm Al, Ar cable termination.
c) 6A FP C-curve MCB - 4nos (Make: L&T) d) 4C/O 230Vac coil voltage auxiliary relay with base & inbuilt LED indication (Make: PLA) - 6nos. e) 6A SP MCB C-curve - 3nos, 10A DP MCB C-curve - 1nos & 40A 4P MCB Change-over switch -1no[for DG remote control] (Make: L&T) f) 9A TP contactor having 230Vac coil voltage and 2NO + 2NC aux. contact block (Make: L&T) - 4sets. g) 6sqmm 750V draw out type terminals (Make: Elmex) - 24Nos. i) 1250/5A 5VA class-I CT (Make : Kappa / L&T / Selec/ Schneider) - 3nos. j) 630/5A 5VA class-I CT (Make : Kappa / L&T / Selec/ Schneider) - 6nos.
l) 4way 250A capacity bakelite terminal having all SS but bolt washers for outgoings - 16nos. m) Providing of 35/50/70/95/120 sqmm 1.1KV gr. Cu flexible cable with Cu socketing at all ends for B/B to MCCBs connection for required length (Make: Finolex / Polycab/Gloster) n) all control / metering / indication wiring by 1.5sqmm 1.1KV fl copper wire and battery charging wiring by 4.0sqmm 1.1kV gr fl wire. (Make: Finolex / Polycab) o) Provide all necessary screws, tie belt, PVC wire tray (60% occupied), GI 50x6mm earthing flat etc as required.
Interconnection :- All interconnection between incoming main to Busbar are to be made with suitable size electrolytic tinned copper bars or equivalent flexible pvc insulated multistranded single core Cu cable and the same between busbar to each outgoing mains and & for metering arrangements are to be made by suitable size of Copper & with maintaining Proper color code with proper socketing of the end of each wire leads. Also the main Bus bar to be extended to outgoing feeders on two side of bus coupler panel (as per direction of EIC). Earthing :- A separate continuous GI earth busbar of appropriate size is to be painted at the inside bottom of the panel and run across the full load of the panel board. All electrical equipment are to be properly earthed with suitable size G.I. wire.
The complete panel board is to be spray painted after required surface treatment by & tanks process / sand blasting with 2 coat of red oxide primer & 2 coat of finished paint over dried or powder coating. Installation :- The complete panel board is to be installed on suitable brick padestal as directed by the E.I.C.
SITC of floor mounted angular structured supported Feeder Pillar Box with Four legs with Dust & moisture proof fabricated from 2 mm CRCA sheet with IP 66 protection. The Feeder Pillar is to be installed on the brick structure mending with net cement.The feeder pillar should have adequate strength and space to accommodate the incoming switches bus bars with all interconnection in between the switches & bus bars with of suitable capacity. The panel board should be painted by powder coated paint and. The panel board should comprise with the followings gadgets

Providing & fixing carbon dioxide(CO2) type fire extinguishers conforming to IS 2878-1976 & cylinders fully charged of following capacity ABC TYPE (4.5kg) ( Make:-Fire safe/ Agni)
S&F of foam fire extinguisher, portable type 9 lit capacity hanged on wall with bracket complete as reqd ( Protection against chemical fire)

Supply & Fixing of perforated GI cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5% suspended from ceiling incl. S&F GI connector, 6mm dia MS suspender, bolts & nuts, steel fastener etc. as required of the following size. Incl. Al painting of MS support. {With 25x25x3mm angle iron support, 300x50x1.25mm (18SWG)}
