Reinforced cement concrete work in beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, staircases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size).

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level. Mild steel and Medium Tensile steel bars

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Providing and fixing 0.60mm thick prepained steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 mircons over 5 mircons primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting,hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing 15 cm wide, 45 cm overall semicircular plain G.S. sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm size, bolts, nuts and washers etc., including making necessary connections with rain water pipes complete. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/m²

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Providing and fixing M.S. Wire Jali (26x25mm) mesh in outer side of steel structure

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10mm wide 12 mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand). Above plinth level upto floor V level

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand)

Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete. Hot finished welded type tubes
