Earth work in cutting or in embarkment in ordinary soil, excavation to be in form of regular pits not exceeding 1/2 metre (20'') in depth and earthwork in embankment to be in 20 cm. (8'') layers, including ramming and dressing the surface to required levels and slopes and also including 1.5 metre (5fts) lifts and 30mt. (100'') lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as soil banks within 30 metre (100 ft) distance as directed by engineer-in-charge,including disposal of excavated material upto a distance of 3km outside of the Industrial Area periphery.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing coarse graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and laying primer coat with bitumen VG-10 emulsion on prepared surface of granular base including clearing of road surface.Bitumen shall be used @ 0.20 Kg /Sqm.

Providing and laying 75 mm compacted thick Dense Graded Bituminious Macadam on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregates for base/binding course including loading of aggregates with F.E. loader & hot mixing of stone aggregates & bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting the mixed material by tipper to paver & laying mixed material with papver finisher to the required level & grade, rolling by power roller to achiever the desired density, with 4.25% Bitumen inclouding supply of all materials, labour,machinery, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work and also including cleaning surface .

Providing and laying 40 mm thick semi dence bituminous cocrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonne per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.0 percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to site of work, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve required compaction as per MORTH specification clause 508 including supply of all materials, labour,Machinery & T&P etc. as required for proper complete of the work,including cost of tack coat @0.20Kg/Sqm with VG-10 Grade Bitumen.

Brick edging on both sides of road with M-150 brick, 8cm Wide & 12cm Deep laid with mud motor including supply of all material, labour ,T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Earth work in filling in embankment including cost of earth & cartage beyond 8.0 km including ramming & dressing the surface in required levels & slopes also including royalty, supply of all labour,machinery & T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35 .The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Finishing walls with two coat of acrylic smooth exterior paint of best quality including supply of all material, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per DSR Item No. 13.46.1.

Supply & fixing of P.C.C. kerb stone in 1:1.5:3 (size length 0.35m, height 0.30m, thickness 0.15m at top and 0.23m at bottom) in damaged portion of footpath by placing new P.C.C. karb stone along roads including cost of all materials, labour, T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Dismantling brick work on stone work in lime or cement mortar and including stacking of materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge with in a distance of 60 meter.

Providing & laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 ( 1 cement: 4 fine sand : 8 graded brick aggregate 40mm. Normal size) and curing complete.

Class150 brick work in 1:3 ( 1 cement and 3 course sand) mortar including supply of all materials labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

2.5 cm thick 1:2:4 plane cement concrete floor with cement approved course sand and 4 cm graded stone aggregate of size 12.5mm and below) by laid over base conctrete finished with floating coat of neat cement including supply of all materials labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12mm thick plaster with cement and fine sand mortar in 1:4 (1 cement and 4 fine sand) including supply of all materials labour, tools & plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.
