Collection from Store (if required) and Erection of Rail Poles above 11Mtrs./13Mtrs. Long x52kgs/mtr. Rail Pole to construct single pole/ 2Pole/ 4 Pole structure by grouting in 1:2:4 C.C foundation of size 0.6x0.6x2.1 Mtrs. including muffing, neat cementing and fitting of GI earth Bolt on pole including filling of excavated earth and ramming is also included in the scope. Pole will be supplied by DPL. Painting of Rail Pole by 2 coat of aluminium painting over 1 coat of RO priming including preparation of surface by sand paper/ emery paper, cleaning etc. including supply of all painting materials

Supply & drawing of 6SWG GI (hot dip) continuous Earth Wire with hot dip galvanized earth clamp, I-bolt, Strain clamp as required

Supply and erection of galvanized stay set complete with 7/10 SWG GI Stay Wire (45 Ton quality), 1.8M x20mm dia GI Stay Rod, 300mmx300mmx6mm GI MS Anchor Plate, suitable GI Bow with rachet type nut, thimble, GI box type stay clamp (65x8mm) on rail pole in CC foundtion (1:2:4) including earth connection

Supply & installation of earthing in all kind of soil with earth electrode made of 0.6x0.6x12mm CI Earth plates (perforated) in pit at a depth of 3.65Mtrs. Including back filling the pit with necessary consolidation of earth, charcoal, salt and sands as directed by EIC. 50x6mm GI Strip (7Mtrs. long) will be connected from earth electrode to pole and 4SWG GI wire with lightening areestor etc. with GI Bolts, nuts & washers and restoring the surface duly rammed.

Supply & erection of galvanized D-iron clamp complete with pole clamp, suitable for rail pole to fit 100x114mm porcelain shackle insulator, nuts-bolts including painting

Supply & erection of 100x114mm porcelein shackle Insulator complete with 230x40x6mm hot dip galvanized strips with suitable nuts-bolts

Supply & drawing of 7/3.10All Aluminium Ant Conductor and binding with suitable aluminium tape at different section line. Stringing & sagging should be done as per IE Rule. Make- Mehra/ Cabcon/ Anish/ Bindawala/ PCI/BSI

Supply, fabrication & fixing of MS Channel 100x50x6mm as cross arm bracket on single pole incl supply & fixing of suitable rail pole clamp made of 65x8mm MS Flat, CI packing piece, nuts-bolts-washers (as required) incl painting, length 2.2Mtrs.

Supply & erection of cradle guard complete with 2x6 SWG GI Wire and interlacing with 6SWG GI Wire at every meter run with providing straining arrangement and earthing attachment (excluding cross arm)

Fixing only outdoor street light type fluorescent light fitting or MV light fitting or LED Light Fitting complete with all accessories to be fixed on poles incl. providing clamping arrangement & necy. GI reducer as required. S&F 40 mm GI pipe (ISI-Medium) quality 1.5 mts. average length having suitable bend. S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required incl. painting etc.

Laying of one no. 1.1kV cable above 35 sq.mm upto 185 sqmm in underground trench with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed

Supply of (1.1kV Grade) 4C x50 Sq.mm PVC insulated armoured Al Cable

Supply of LT Spacer (PVC Pipe type) suitable for 3Phase 5 Wire system
