Extension of Stadium at Kalpa in District Kinnaur (HP) (SH- C/O 400 Mtr. Synthetic Track

Preparation of subgrade by dressing to camber (earth work for the cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) completed, as per HP.PWD specificatins, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Construction of granular subbase by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with Tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause , iincluding carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting 150mm (One hundred fifty millimeter) thick in two layers (75mm (Seventy five millimeter) thick each layer) graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub-base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100kN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricading and maintenance of diversion, etc as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification Clause 406 for Rural roads and as per direction and the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials up to all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70(zero point seven zero)-1.00(one point zero zero) kg/sqm(kilogram per square meter) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm (Zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram per square metre) on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503, including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specificed grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0(four point zero ) percent by weight of toal mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25mm (Twenty five milimetre) thick Bituminous concrete with 30-44 TPH batch type Hot Mix Plant producing an average out put of 75mt/hr.using crushed aggregate of specified grading ,premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 @ 5.4 to 5.6 (five point four to five point six) percent of mix and filler including Zycotherm @10(Zero point ten percent) of weight of bitumen transporting the Hot mix to work site laying with a hydostic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendom roller to achieve the desired compection. binder as per MORTH Specification No. 509. including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 13-15mm thick PU-EPDM Syntactic Surface over a prepared base, consisting of a polyurethane primer coat, a base layer of PU binder mixed with SBR/EPDM granules, and a UV-resistant EPDM top finish, complete as per international standards and technical specifications. The item includes meticulous surface preparation, the provision and application of precision track lane markings using specialized two-component UV-resistant aliphatic polyurethane paint in accordance with World Athletics (IAAF) guidelines, and the carriage of all materials through all modes of transportation within all leads and lifts as per PWD specifications and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. The rates are all-inclusive of specialized application machinery, technical surveying for marking, incidentals, octroi, royalty, malkana, toll tax, GST, and all other taxes imposed by the Government

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, for all lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, All kinds of soil , including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (one cement : five coarse sand): Ten graded stone aggregate 40mm(forty millimeter) nominal size (forty millimeter )including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge including all incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royaltiy, malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
