M&L for water proofing treatment over RCC slab by applying oil based bituminous primer surface @0.25 Kg/sqm and laying 3mm thik APP modified water proofing polymeric membrane with 100 mm side and end lap having weight not less than 3.50 kg/ sqm , reinforced with with non-woven polyster reinforced matt weighing not less than 160 gms/sqm polyster core having soften point not less than 1500C, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 650 N/5cm, by torching method and applying a coat of solar reflective aluminium paint @ 0.15 Kg/Sqm on membrance surface including 24 hrs ponding test complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in Charge.

Repairing the leaking deteriorated and torn out chajjas and parapet walls by removing all the lose material from the top of the chajja by means of light hammering and chiselling to remove loose concrete cover only and Clean all loose particles by high pressure jet water so that all surfaces should be sound, clean and free of contamination followed by application two coats of polymerised cementitious coat like Pidilite's Pidifin 2k or equivalent, while second coat is wet apply a 10mm dash coat of CM plaster with the waterproofing compound Make : Dr.fixit or equivalent as approved by GE, completing the repair work by final finishing and providing with proper slope of 15 mm thick rendering cement mortar(1:4) including supply and mixing of waterproofing compound as per manufacturers instructions finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Cleaning the surface with wire brush, detecting sources of leakages and removing/taking down unsound treatment/surface and M&L for making holes with drill machine of dia 14mm for carrying out non-destructive waterproofing treatment to sunken portion of slab, floor and walls of bath, WC, WHB and floor traps (combined unit) by using construction chemical method as hydrophobic PU grouting, etc, with first course of injection MDI based PU foam and second course of injection PU plain all as per manufacturers instruction, etc, complete and as directed. The PU foam shall have 100% solids and solvent free, and shall expand 30-40 times its volume at liquid stage in presence of water, the PU plain injection shall have minimum 100 CPS viscosity and shore hardness minimum 50. (Make: PIDILITE or techno commercially equivalent) complete all as specified and directed. and M&L for fixing the metallic packer for hydrophobic PU foam and Sealer complete all as specified and as directed by engr-in-charge.

M&L for external stone walls/steps of any height are as follows:- (a)Cleaning of external stone surface of walls/steps at any height with pressure pump with clean water (a) Applying one coat of cleaning solution of Dr Fixit/pidilite or other reputed brand and throughly cleaning the surface, (b)The loose masonary joints to be properly pointed with (1:3) cement sand mortar mixed with WPC complete all as specified and directed. (c)Necessary scafolding shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate.scafolding shall be having ease of access for inspection purpose (d)Second washing of the surface of wall/steps any height (whereever required at site as directed by Engineer-in-charge) with super heated steam to remove grease,moss algaee & bird dropping etc with heavy jet pressure pumps (Torik stone cleaning similiar pumps,Tensid UK LTD or Doff superheated steam cleaning or similiar pumps as approved) complete all as specified and directed. (d) The filling of joints between stones with cement-Asian equivalent paint grout and application of two coats of hydrophobic stone sealer as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
