PART-A Labour charges of operating personnel for operation of all pumps & agitator in sludge pump house and other electrical/mechanical accessories including sweeping cleaning of pump house, toilets etc. by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un- skilled personnel as per direction of EIC FROM 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

Labour charges of operating personnel for operation of all pumps in sludge pond and other electrical/mechanical accessories by engaging skilled, semiskilled and un- skilled personnel as per direction of EIC FROM 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

Supervision charges for whole electrical installation by licensed electrician including incidental charges as per specification and direction of EIC FROM 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

Servicing of all LT Panel, feeders, checking and calbration of all instrumentation panel, annunciators and all meter, cleaning of bus bar with regressing the contacts once in a yrear by engaging experienced testing personnel including supplying of all necessay materials.

PART-B Cost towards hiring of monoblock centrifugal pump for bailing out water slurry and tools and tackles including transportation of the same to work site including loading & unloading of materials for to & fro journey.FROM 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

Erection of derrick if necessary and installation of winch & crab to facilitate lowering and withdrawing of water jetter and pumps including necessary scaffolding inside the wall to complete the work. FROM 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

Installation of electric operated pump set to bail out water slurry and all other equipment including fitting, fixing to its proper position and connection of suction and delivery hose pipe etc complete. FROM 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

Cost of operating the water jetter, vibrator etc and other equipment as would be necessary to bail out water & slurry. Bailing out water slurry (Ad-mixture of sand, silt, gravels, mud and foreign materials etc) from the sludge tank by engaging skilled labour to complete the job as per direction of EIC.FROM 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027 [12 Times x 75 M3]

Cost of dismantling and removing pump, plant & machinery, tools and tackles after cleaning the sludge tank work side complete including pack up charges for transportation & shifting.FROM 01-08-2026 to 31-07-2027

N.B:- 1. Quoted rate should be inclusive of ESI, PF as per latest amendment and also comply with the Notification no.- 06/STAT/12RW/03/2023/LCS, dt. 02/04/2025 of the office the Labour Commissioner, Govt of W.B. & Reference Memo No- PHE/1095/O-5/16 (Pt) Dated- 22-05-2025 of the Deputy Secretary to the Govt. of West Bengal 2. GST exempted related to Article 243G/243W of the Constitution of India and CGST Rate Notification No. 12/2017-Central Tax (Rate) and corresponding WBGST Rate Notification No. 1136-FT, both dated 28.06.2017, as amended from time to time. 3. The rates are exclusive of Cess.
