Electrical work Part A Supplying and laying of high-pressure Polyamide 12 (PA 12) nylon pipe with an OD 29mm, ID 19mm,thickness 5mm, suitable for use in a high-pressure water mist distribution system. The pipe must be manufactured from premium-grade PA 12 material, conforming to DIN 73378 / DIN 74324 / ISO 7628 or equivalent international standards. It shall have a minimum wall thickness of 2.0 mm and be capable of withstanding a continuous working pressure of not less than 200 bar at 20°C, to ensure adequate safety under dynamic loading conditions. The pipe shall exhibit excellent chemical resistance to water, oils, mild acids, and cleaning agents, along with low water absorption (<0.5%) to maintain dimensional stability during prolonged exposure to moisture. The internal bore of the pipe must be smooth to minimize frictional losses . For outdoor use, only UV-stabilized black PA 12 pipes shall be accepted to ensure resistance to sunlight degradation. All pipes must be free from manufacturing defects, kinks, or deformities and supplied in straight lengths or coils as required. Installation shall use only pressure-rated compression or ferrule-type fittings suitable. The supplier shall provide manufacturer’s test certificates (MTC) confirming compliance with pressure ratings, dimensions, and material quality. Use of this pipe defined as rising main or header line for carrying fluid for operation. Pressure rating direct in ground including excavation and refilling the trench etc as required, but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering.

The system shall be fully automated with a control panel for real-time monitoring, pressure gauges, flow meters, and safety features like low-pressure and high pressure switches, ensuring smooth operation and protection of the components. The frame should be made from stainless steel for durability and corrosion resistance, and the entire system must be easy to maintain, energy-efficient, and compliant with international water treatment standards. Including supplying and fixing of all suitable accessories for installation & making foundation of cement concrete with suitable size angle iron frame etc. complete as required. (Operation and Maintenance) Running maintenance, operation & watch and ward of Automatic Misting system by providing skilled and unskilled labour as below and as per attched terms & conditions etc as required complete at site. For 02 Nos. locations:- A) Azadpur (1 No. of Misting and RO System Plant) B) Mukarba Chowk (1 No. of Misting and RO System Plant) Minimum Staff required for each location:- a) Operator - 1No. each in two shift i.e 6 AM to 2 PM and 2 PM to 10 PM b) Khallasi cum Security Guard - 1 No. from 10 PM to 6 AM For 05 years (60 Months)
Part-B (Civil Works) Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. a) All kinds of soil.

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in floor in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. The tiles must be cut with the zero chipping diamond cutter only . Laying of tiles will be done with the notch trowel, plier, wedge, clips of required thickness, leveling system and rubber mallet for placing the tiles gently and easily. Providing & Fixing of Wall PUF Panels having two color coated steel sheets (PPGL) with 80mm thick Polyurethane Foam in between. The offered Panels have been satisfactorily type tested for fire properties as per BS standards. The sandwich panels are finished with 0.5mm TCT PCGL sheet on both sides. The Panels shall have high density CFC free polyurethane foam insulation 80mm thick with high density rigid polyurethane foam of 40±2 kg/M3. The CLOSED CELL CONTENT of foam shall be 95% minimum. Polyurethane foam is injected/sprayed from high pressure Continuous Line Foaming Machine to result in the highest foam quality with a “K” value of 0.023 w/mk and thermal transmittance of 0.67 mk. The sheets shall be plain with light ribbing on either side. The jointing arrangement of Panels shall be Tongue & Groove type to ensure gap free panel to panel joint. MTC shall be submitted for the material.

The offered Panels have been satisfactorily type tested for fire properties as per BS standards. The Roof panels are finished with 0.50mm/0.50mm TCT PCGL sheet on either side with 50mm thick PU insulation. The outer sheet shall be Profiled (Roof Profile) and inner sheet shall be liner with light ribbing. Insulation at the crest shall be minimum 80mm. The Panels shall have high density CFC free polyurethane foam insulation with high density rigid polyurethane foam of 40±2 kg/M3. Polyurethane foam is injected from high pressure foaming machine to result in the highest foam quality with a “K” value of 0.023 w/mk and thermal transmittance of 0.67 mk. The inner sheet shall be plain with light ribbing and outer sheet shall be profiled/ trapezoidal. MTC shallbe submitted for the material.
