Supply of Elevated type, omni-directional, medium intensity, LED type Taxiway Edge Light Fitting suitable for use with 1W LED lamp complete with Blue lens, lens clamping mechanism, 1 watt LED with kit, central column assembly, breakable coupling, gaskets, two pin secondary lead plugs, base plate with 6 no's M-10 stainless steel bolts, spring and plain washers, other accessories meeting the requirement of ICAO Annex-14 and Aerodrome Design Manual Part-IV & as per technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Supply of 2 x 105 W Inset Type bi-directional High Intensity Runway Edge light fittings, complete with prism assembly, optical assembly, 'O' ring seal, pressure relief test plug, 6.6 A halogen lamp, filters (Red/Yellow), shallow base, die cast aluminium inner body & outer cover and other accessories meeting the requirement of ICAO Annex-14 and Aerodrome Design Manual Part-IV & as per technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Supply of following rating, 5 kV grade, 50 Hz, series type isolating transformer encapsulated in polyester resin, finally moulded in neoprene rubber with primary and secondary leads as per technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Supply of FAA compliant, indoor type, natural air cooled microprocessor based Constant Current Regulator (CCR) of Thyristor control electronic type suitable for local and remote control with 24/48V DC control supply with 5 position brightness control and suitable for operation on input voltage of 230/415V, 50Hz AC supply and output of 7.5KW at 6.6A rating with all necessary accessories as per technical specifications etc. complete as required.

Supply of 450 mm high, 330 mm outer dia, 220 mm dia top opening isolating transformer housing box, made of 10 mm thick (nominal) except top which is 15 mm thick (nominal) CI mould of foundry grade pig iron confirming to IS-224, suitable for installation of elevated air-field light fittings with 6 Nos. M-10 tapped holes at hole centre of 260 mm including 03 nos. ending holes for cable entry & earth pipe holes (02 nos. diametrically & 01 no. perpendicularly) suitable to receive 50 mm GI/HDPE pipe & 15 mm dia. GI earth pipe, SS earth bolts and nuts, washes, drain holes and painting etc. complete as required.

Supplying and laying of following size HDPE pipe along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984 - 2016 complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. direct in soft soil ground (up to 50 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required.

Installation, Testing & Commissioning of indoor type micro-processor based Constant Current Regulator of rating 7.5 KW, 6.6 Amps, with base foundation size 1000mm x 1000mm x 100mm of cement concrete 1:2:4, connections etc. complete as required. (Constant Current Regulator will be supplied by AAI).

SITC of out door type conical feeder pillar box made 14 SWG MS sheet of size 18X18X12" suitable for 5kV, with hinged door, locking arrangement, consisting of 300X300X5mm thick Bakelite sheet mounted on 04 nos. porcelain insulators with copper fuse links mounted on fuse box of 100A capacity with suitable size cable entry holes, with breakable coupling i/c foundation and terminations etc. and painting the box with 2 coats of enamel paint along with initial coating of red oxide etc. complete as required.

Supplying and installing of 100 mm Width X 50 mm depth X 1.6mm thickness size of perforated Hot Dipped Galvanised Iron cable tray cable tray with perforation not more than 17.5%, in convenient sections, joined with connectors, suspended from the ceiling with G.I. suspenders including G.I. bolts & nuts, etc. as required.

Supply & making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium / copper lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XPLE Aluminium / Cu conductor of 1.1 kV grade as required.

Supplying & Making field connections by crimping plug & receptacle of following size with single core PVC copper conductor cable including filling the gap with water sealant material and applying PVC insulation HT tape of 5 kV grade etc. complete as required.

Supplying and making cable route marker with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size ) of size 60 cm X 60 cm at the bottom and 50 cm X 50 cm at the top with a thickness of 10cm including inscription duly engraved as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15mm dia G.I. pipe for earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Supply of 10 mm thick base plate (dummy) with gasket and 06 nos. M-10 SS bolts suitable for 330 mm outer dia, 220 mm dia top opening isolating transformer housing box etc. as required.

Supply of secondary lead 1.1 kV grade 2 core 4 sq.mm with moulded plug at one end of length 25 metres suitable for inset fittings etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of elevated type runway edge light / taxiway light / end light / threshold light / approach light fitting on transformer housing box including providing & fixing new gaskets, aligning, levelling, earthing connections & installation of isolating transformers etc. as required.

Installation, testing and commissioning of Inset light fittings with excavation at runway bitumen surface up to depth 40cm, tight filling with water sealant compound and making proper levelling and finishing, including laying of secondary lead cable in existing GI pipe and connection etc. complete as required.

Installation of following size transformer housing box including excavation in soft soil with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick and all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick , the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing 250 mm long 15 mm dia "B" class G.I pipe at the bottom of the housing box to drain the water from the box to the ground etc. as required.

Providing & laying of following size medium class GI pipe up to depth 40 cm with suitable socket and threading including excavation at runway bitumen surface and filling with bitumen material of VG-30 grade finishing with tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG-10 complete as required.

Provision of new Taxi circuit & its associated lights in the existing GLF remote control desk includes making of holes for indicator LED's & fixing of different coloured suitable indicator LED's (30 nos.) with diode on Bakelite sheet and proper wiring & connections, etc. complete as required as per satisfaction of Engineer In-charge.

Numbering on GLF Fittings (Taxi/Rwy Edge Lights, Inset Lights, etc) with colour as approved by Engineer In-Charge before numbering etc. as required.

Fabrication, Supply, Installation, Testing & commissioning of internally illuminated LED based Signages of various sizes made out of 4 mm thick glare free polycarbonate sheet at front and body made out of 2.0 mm thick powder coated anodised aluminium profile having minimum width of 150 mm and supported at back by 50 mm dia (Nominal size) die cast aluminium / Class B GI pipe at a separation and frangible coupling as per ICAO norms. Light source shall be highly luminous, long life typical 50,000 Hrs. type, 11 Nos LED’s of 0.5 W or equivalent assembled on each PCB of minimum size 700mm x 20mm x 2mm for boards having height 800 mm or more. LED shall have minimum output 100 lumens per watt and colour temperature should be more than 5000 Kelvin with proper heat dissipation. These aluminium PCB’s should be placed across the length of the board in order to ensure uniform distribution of light across the board. The signage boards with length varying from 800 mm to 3000 mm shall be suitable for operation on series circuit at variable current from 2.8 Amps - 6.6 Amps (brightness of the signage should be constant with current variation) including providing suitable capacity / wattage electronic converters and isolating transformers of approved make. All the signage shall have letters and symbols made by computerized cutting of vinyl and pasting on the polycarbonate sheet from inside/outside of the sign face of required colour as per ICAO.

The board shall be installed by providing cement concrete foundation of 1:2:4 of size 400 mm x 500 mm x 500 mm each for the mounting legs with anchor bolts, nuts, washers, frame etc, along with supply & installation of transformer housing boxes as per specifications with cover plates in the same foundation ensuring entry of 50 mm dia HDPE pipe, complete as required and the scope shall also include secondary leads protected with PVC flexible pipe for connection, ESNA Connector kit etc. as required complete as per the technical specifications.

Dismantling of perimeter lighting by removing connections, dismantling and transportation of pole & lighting fixture to AAI Store, demolishing and flushing the foundation with surrounding ground level etc. complete as required.

Trans-installation of Perimeter feeder pillar by dismantling feeder pillar, removing cable connections, shifting to the new location, including excavation for foundation, providing PCC foundation of 300 mm depth and extending 100 mm outside the panel footprint on all sides, using existing MS channel frame with legs for grouting in foundation keeping 45 cm mounting height, painting, fixing of panel etc. complete as required and as per technical specifications.
