Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above GL) complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any descriptions, keep Service-able Bricks in Safe Custody for re-use, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, exc 6m mean radius on plan built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protcetion , finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Hardcore or gauge not exceeding 63mm of broken stone deposited spread levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggre) as in hard standing/flooring complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggre) as in floors finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase of floors ete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B2 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in benching/hunching as in drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for prepolished coloured chequered tiles 200 x 200 x 25mm thick as in floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over a screed bed of 20mm thick in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Cement Plaster, any description on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces including raking out Joints, hacking for Key, scrubbing down with Water, etc., and removing same from the Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for plastering 20mm average thickness over the treated surface in CM 1:3, using water proofing compound @ 3% of weight of cement as per manufacturers instructions, surfaces finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

M&L liquid water proofing compound approved by Engineer-in-charge complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L providing and injecting chemical emulsion for post constructional anti-termite treatment along external wall where the apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.5 ltrs per Sqm of the vertical surface of the sub structure to a depth of 300mm including excavating channel along the wall etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of AC/CGI/PGI/plain sheets in roof, cladding including ridges etc., complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tilling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) and removing rubbish off the permises, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each polished, area of each tiles exc 0.18 sqm but not exc 0.38sqm in floors etc set and joined in neat slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortor (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for Non–Skid Coloured Tiles, size 7-8 mm thick area of each tiles exc 0.06 sqm but n. exc 0.11 sqm, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10 mm thick backing plaster in cement mortar 1:4 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Glazed Ceramic Coloured Tiles, 300X450X7mm in size, set on Vertical Surfaces such as Skirting, Dado, etc,over and including 10 mm thick backing plaster in cement mortar 1:4 Set and Jointed in Neat Cement Slurry and Pointed in White or Coloured Cement to match the shade of the Tiles, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing and cleaning existing old treated concrete/asphaltic surfaces and applying one coat for road marking paint (aqua base) white/golden yellow / oragne / red for lines, arrows, letters etc. width or girth exc. 100 mm, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make - Berger paints ltd / Asian paints ltd (Apcotrak) / Shalimar paints ltd / Jenson & Nicholson paints ltd.

M&L for preparing and cleaning existing old treated concrete/asphaltic surfaces and applying one coat of synthetic enamel painting of choice colour as in side strip over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for fixing of ratro reflective tape of choice colour of 150mm wide as in sign boards of runway as in repairs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for raking of joints/removing of old sealing compound, dirt from 20 mm thick expansion joint and cleaning the joints properly for full depth of PQC and filling with 20 mm thick premoulded compressible filler polythylene closed cell type board as specified and applying closed cell, medium density, cross linked polythylene foam back up rod of 25 mm dia over filler board, priming top 12 mm with approved primer and filling with polyurethane/ploysuphide based sealeant, applying masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after filling of sealant all as per the directions of the manufacturer, complete all as per specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Repairs/filling to joints shall be done through authorised Applicator only. Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ.
